This was the worse service I've ever had. We used a card, didn't have enough money. You know, no problem, we don't need a lot of food. We just haven't eaten in a few days. Then some older lady came to the window and I've never had a more rude server. We had let the drive through man know that we just wanted two wraps. The lady tells us we are only allowed a drink and small fry. $5 available, we stated once more we just wanted 2 chicken wraps. Easily affordable. Every time we said what we wanted, this lady would give the rudest "What?" and continued about how we can't just afford anything there, telling us we could not get what we wanted until we stated the price. We first stood waiting for someone to take our order for a few minutes. I tapped on the microphone to get someone's attention. A young man walked out, stood there saying nothing. Gave him our orders and still nothing except for the amount. I paid, still nothing. The ketchup dispenser was empty, and no packets. I told him. The girl at the drive through charged us double for our meal, and wouldn’t correct her errors. Then she wouldn’t give us onion dip because it “would cost more.” When we asked to speak to the manager, she walked 2 feet away from the window, yelling and carrying on calling us names because we didn’t want to pay $29 for only two meals on temperature Tuesday!
