We are currently here... I have never written the review while still at the business but there is so much wrong that I know I fill forget if I don't write it now... upon arriving at 7:30 PM we were given the key to our room and directed to the "south end"... there were no entrance signs where we were to go in and the key pad, thingie was broken so the "secure" door doesn't lock anymore. In we go... and I am already worried, there are several smells overwhelming my nose. Down the hall, room 223... ok... how does the key work... finally the door opens, I am happy for a split second because I feel a cold rush of air on my face and I LOVE THE COLD. My happiness lasts about a second before I smell tater tots, and see the beds are not made. What the?!!!!!!! Here comes the lady who checked us in, I assume to tell us she sent us to the wrong room. NOPE! She had no clue the room was dirty, she was coming to fix someone's TV in the room next to our dirty room. We show her the room and then hear the barking dog across the hall.... NO. NO. NO. This is not happening. The smells are making sense now. We follow her downstairs, I ask for a room that is clean, and far away from that barking dog. Wish granted. Next room is clean, and on the first floor. The kids quickly change into their swimsuits and we head off to the pool. Lots of kids, having a good time. My 7 year old decides she no longer knows how to swim and I have to jump into the pool and save her from 4 feet of water. There is a life ring but it was way at the other end of the pool, and I wasn't in the mood for CPR. So in I went, in my sundress, that I planned to wear tomorrow. By "planned to wear" I mean, I purposely changed into before driving to this hotel so that I wouldn't have to pack a bunch of clothes... my only option of clothes for the following day. Ok, now I can review the pool too. Pool should get 5 stars. It's warm, it smells good, it's just too loud in there with so many kids all screaming at once... not the fault of the hotel. So now I am wet, in my dress, time to find the laundry. Now it's 9:00 and my only outfit is soaked... find the machine, go back to get more quarters, go back to the machine... spent 5 minutes shooting quarters into the slot over and over and over before it finally accepts my $3.00 to wash my wet clothes. And the timer says 40 minutes! Ok let's walk around and take pictures, we have time to kill... the smells, the wet stinky carpet, the dogs (a pug just went walking down the hall)... there are signs all over this place, and their favorite symbol is !!!!!! Maybe I am just getting too old, maybe I expect too much, no. No I don't. I am a very low maintenance mom, I am adaptable and I am fun... but this, this is not fun and is pushing me to my limit. Ok washer is done, time to play quarters with the dryer... and go! 99 minutes!! What?! Ok it's 10:00 and now I have 99 minutes until my 4 pieces of clothes are dry... I needed some fresh air and some snacks so I headed down to Cenex, super nice guy working there, got my drinks and snacks and headed back. The smells when you walk inn here are so confusing. The 1 employee is now smoking out front, I always think that's a bad move by businesses... but none the less, there she is. I'm sitting here in the lobby, someone just walked up asked for a key to room 227 and was just given the key! No questions, no last name, just asked for the key?!!!! Thinking I should have gotten something stronger than Diet Coke to drink, it's gonna be a long night. Keep driving. That's my advice. I don't know how much we paid for this room, my husband took care of it, but it's too much. Just keep driving.

There are definitely some pros and cons at this hotel. some aspects of the room are okay It has a nice size fridge and a microwave and an okay size TV but not big. My room was on the ground floor and had a door to the outside parking lot where vehicles were parked directly in front so that certainly added a bunch of noise. The drapes facing the outside and the parking lot or difficult to close well enough to close out the light to keep it dark in the room to sleep. There were plug-ins for electronics one in the lamp on the desk and another in the lamp by the TV. Additionally there was a plug available in the light on each side of the bed for electronics. When I first walked in the room there was a bit of an odor but I guess you kind of get used to it. In my bathroom there are some kind of ceiling tiles suspended and one of them was hanging down You could see up over the top of it It look like it was going to fall out on my head as you can see in my pictures. I was in town for business and had a nice shirt that I was trying to iron. I plugged in the iron and put water in it and brown water started to shoot out when it heated up to steam and it got all over my shirt. Not sure if it permanently stained my shirt or not I guess I will find that out when I get home and take it to the dry cleaners but nonetheless not impressed at all with that part of things. I went to the front desk and was given a new iron but no mention of anything else. My room was incredibly noisy all night. As you can see there's a door directly to the outside front of the hotel. of course that's where all the workers drive up in their big diesel pickups. Very peaceful and quiet. Not. Then there was footsteps that sounded loud on and off all night as people ran up and down the stairs. Not sure why but they echoed extremely loudly. Then as you can imagine guess what time all those workers get up and leave in the morning? Very early. This all resulted in very little sleep. I went down to breakfast I decided to have some of their boiled eggs. When I open them they were there different colors. Needless to say they went in the trash and I went without breakfast because there was nothing else but carbs. Bottom line is there are not many options for places to stay in this town...but I would not recommend this place

I wish I had read the reviews further, I’m not for sure where I start, they list of room on their site for $83, when I get here the room is $120, OK it’s a few dollars more I can deal with that, it wasn’t until the next morning that we found a large bedbug that we had apparently slept with, I don’t know if it bit us or maybe it bit someone else who was there before, that’s when I started looking around the room and found out that the rooms are extremely dirty and filthy, the AC filter has not been changed, and probably at least two months, there was food all in the chair underneath the cushion, This was after we had already stayed there for the night. I went down and told the lady about my stay in all the issues that I found with the room, she didn’t really have much to say about it, other than other people who stayed in my room were not complaining about anything, I’m here to tell you you should probably look for a different motel and read all the reviews. I am posting photos that I found in my room, room 119.

Booked a room about 3 months ago for my daughter wedding on June 16th, called a week before to confirm reservation and to see abt early check-in, due to check-in is at 3 and wedding started at 3. Wasn't able to do that , they said to call day of and see if that was possible, which kinda defeats the purpose of trying to get early check-in. The day of wedding just as we were about to leave our place, I get a phone call from hotel telling me they were over booked and that we couldn't stay there, and they moved us to another hotel!! I kept asking why we were the ones getting put into this situation when I booked 3 months ago to avoid this unexcusable situation, I couldn't get a straight answer, just the run around. Was already upset abt not getting early check-in time so we get get ready in out room before my daughter wedding, and now I'm having to go to another hotel for something that wasn't even our fk up! The other hotel was a major dump, look like a major run down old crack hotel, with no accommodation what so ever. And I had to leave wedding to just check into the dump , trust me if I was able to get another room I would have! I don't know who does ur booking on rooms , but they need to go learn how to do there job and learn some customer service cause they suck very bad at it. I understand there was other events going on in town, but that's another reason why I booked 3 months in advance to avoid this unexcusable, mismanaged, unprofessional situation. Never got a apology, or even sorry kiss my ass for this. Bad enough couldn't get a direct answer/reason for there fk up!!!! If I ran my business this way, I wouldn't have any customers. Never gonna stay there again or even recommend to anyone to stay there...if anything tell them avoid them at all cost!!! A simple apology and honest up front answer could of went a long way from this being good experience to a very bad one. Hopefully someday they will learn customer service and how to be professional about it. It won't let give zero star, the one right now is overrated.

As for the owners response....you said I got an apology?? There was no apology what's so ever.....the only answer I got from your piss poor customer service was " we are over booked, and we are gonna put u into a different hotel" Everytime I asked why, all they said was we are over booked and can't do anything abt it!!!! And if u call that trash invested, dump of hotel a clean desent room...then sounds like u need to find a different career choice because u suck at ur job now!!!! If I would of known this would of been a possibility of happening ,would of never booled the room 3 months ago!!!! I don't care if all hotels were booked or not, we reserved one with u, 3 months ago. And u act like I supposed to be appreciated of what u did!!!! Far from it, would of been better off just just telling me the week before I verified the reservation, that we couldn't accommodate you then. Instead of waiting 2 hours beforey daughter wedding. I hope other people see this and read this and know u as a owner and ur so called customer service employees suck at...
