What a great spot, the last thing you'd expect on a drive from Vegas to Death Valley.
We got dal, chickoeas and potato paratha. The quailty was genuinely the best I've had in the US.
The food seemed to be prepared fresh, not taken from some big vat and you can choose the spice level, we went for hot and it had a good kick.
They gave us their home made yoghurt with the paratha, which was some of the lightest nicest yoghurt I've ever had.
I can't recommend this place enough!
