What a great spot, the last thing you'd expect on a drive from Vegas to Death Valley.

We got dal, chickoeas and potato paratha. The quailty was genuinely the best I've had in the US.

The food seemed to be prepared fresh, not taken from some big vat and you can choose the spice level, we went for hot and it had a good kick.

They gave us their home made yoghurt with the paratha, which was some of the lightest nicest yoghurt I've ever had.

I can't recommend this place enough!

Driving to Yosemite from Vegas and came across this place, was very random in the middle of basically nowhere. Had low expectations but the food was amazing and very authentic. The paneer parathas felt like home and were very big. The chai was also authentic. Took a bit of time to get the food however, which was understandable. We came just before the lunch rush and were the only ones there and waited 20 mins so not sure what it would be like during busy periods, but...
