Right, where to start on this.. We wanted to have some Indian food as I have quite a few great experiences all around the world with the Indian cuisine, so while I was in the US, I decided to visit this place.
The shop was empty, but that didn't stop us, so I ordered a Chicken kebab, having set my taste on freshly grilled meat and vegetables. When they serve my meals, I thought I made a mistake. The menu stated, 2 skewers with spiced meat, grilled tomato and union. What I got was a little different, 6 pcs of small chicken meat, some side salad and the rest of the plate was filled with (blend) yellow rice. When I addresses the server (Her name was Ann) about the missing charred vegetables, she replied "most people don't like it so we decided to not add it to the dish" I was flabbergasted and asked why she made the decision on their account without asking me in the first place. besides that, the rest of the food wasn't warm anymore, as she offered to make them on the spot for me. I rejected and asked where the rest of the promised meat was. she didn't had a clear answer. I was unhappy with the outcome because instead of apologizing, she was making excuses for not bringing the meal I ordered.
Guess what when the bill came, It was on there in full even while they gave me half of the meal ordered. Even the drink was to much for her to take it off for curtesy. She said that next time she would make up for their mistakes, after which I replied, that wont be a next time. When we walked out, she tried to smoothen it with some ricecake which I rejected, I was in the state of wanting a refund or the meal I ordered. Not some stupid pity ricecake When we drove home (35 minutes) me and my collogues felt their stomachs roaring and we just made it to the toilet. typical Bombay Belly...

Read moreOMG! I can’t believe that We had such a awful experience there. We went to Albasha starving and we ordered some appetizers first. My friend also wanted some appetizers. My husband and I ordered the main meal about 5 minutes after our friend. The waitress came to us with half of the appetizers (not all we ordered) and like 5 minutes after that she gave our friend main meal. So my friend had to wait for us to get the main meal. First, why do they always have one or two waitresses????? If you can’t manage you need to pay more to get more waitresses. Second, one of orders was Tabuli which was super salty. Third, we were waiting for exactly 25 minutes but no food. The waitress came to us and asked the order again! We waited like 10 or more minutes but again NO FOOD! The owner came to us and apologized. It was not acceptable though.we canceled our food because we were really angry and our friend food got cold already. THEY JUST SAID SORRY!
Update: they responded me with a BIG LIE. we paid about 50 dollars for that awful service and all they said was “sorry”. The least you can do is give the food for free but you didn’t.
PLEASE...
Read moreToday's dining experience was by far the worst we've had in Beaumont. We came expecting the buffet which is now only served during the weekdays, so we ordered off the menu. My wife ordered the cornish hen, but later found out it's only available on Friday's, so she opted for the chicken which they were out of and finally settled for the lamb. Our Pastor ordered the wings and fries. I ordered the beef plate with an appetizer for the table. When our food arrived it all came at once, appetizer and meals. Our Pastor was given a very large basket of fries and told they were out of wings. Really! Couldn't someone have told us that while they were taking our order and before preparing our meals? How embarrassing for his first visit to a restaurant we recommended. Sorry we're out of wings, but here's a extra large order of frozen fries for you bon appetit! All the food was extremely cold and no way was it fresh. Our past experiences have been enjoyable, but today was our last visit and we won't be back. I'll eat at McDonald's before I...
