Poor management and unprofessional customer service order two burritos in a Taquito $38 I don't mind paying money for good food which I didn't receive called owner of the store he argued with me and told me I didn't order my food from his restaurant and then he said I ordered it two hours ago and it was only an hour ago but made us wait 30 minutes in the store to receive our food only live 10 minutes away starving when I got home try to eat it food was cold meat was tough cannot even chew didn't even offer to return my order said no returns no refunds don't understand specially when food is expensive I wouldn't see a problem with it only cost them two dollars to make a burrito I encourage you guys not to eat here ever! food is unsatisfactory and also poor Quality and Poor customer service also the owner fight with me and said I didn't even order my food there then he went to check with his employees and said yes you ordered it two hours ago which was only an hour ago which allowed me 10 to 15 minutes to try to eat I wasn't going to call but my friends burrito was the same 👎Beans were dry and cold and rice was soggy Cold My a heavy guy and I love food but this is unacceptable I can't believe the owner argue with me over a burrito which I pay $10 + where is your customer service !!!! Oh yeah my other employees said the taquitos wear skimpy on chicken .please avoid this restaurants The owner doesn't even respect his customers enough to give them common courtesy! I had to score a one but Because you can't vote !(zero )!stars if I could , (very disappointed )can't even eat my lunch back to work 😂The messed up thing about it all is! The food here was fantastic. We especially loved their fries.

Their parking is a bit small but they had plenty of seating inside. The atmosphere was old fashioned and nostalgic.

I have a lot of food issues, but they helped me with my unusual order without any problems (I got a tuna melt without cheese, with jalapeño added. Warning: their jalapeño are very hot lol). They had both the standard American classic goods and the home comfort Mexican foods (including sweet breads. They even had tiny versions of the piggy! My favorite)

They also provide you with take home cups for your drinks when requested. There were 2 easily accessible (I forgot to check if there was a bar, but they are big enough to use a walker or wheelchair for support if needed, or have a trusted family member come in), coed bathrooms that were well taken care of and easily fit me and my one child (I could have fit me and a few children if I had that many small ones lol).

They close at 8pm which is sad because they are so delicious I would go there for a late night snack just because I can, and it would definitely be the place I'd go if I was late night traveling. But we got there 1 hour before and they didn't rush us at all. And the food reflected that they still took their time and put care into it.

We took home a lot of bread, but they also offered honey jars and jelly preserves.

We will be going back. It was a perfect end to our Cabazon dinosaur trip. (Yes we know it isn't in Cabazon, why drive to Beaumont to eat? Because it isnt that far and why not? Lol)

I walked on a Saturday during Lunch Hour very Happy to Buy Advertised Burgers/ Chicken Sandwiches they had advertised for $26.99plus on their place and with taxes with Added cheese I had to pay extra & Bacon all came out to $36 fine I paid it !Sadly I Was not able to choose 2 chicken. Sandwich ,or 2 burgers All had to be the Same things I asked the Lady Gabriela she said ,we can't change on Computer, and then another lady as well can't be changed whatever since it was their Super Special outside.
