Players Lounge — Restaurant in Beaumont

Out of all of the local bars that are in this area right here in Beaumont and cherry valley, this one has to be my favorites.

Reminds you of a classic dive bar, lots of TVS and projectors, and they have a pretty nice beer selection of bottled and draft brews. Bartender is one of the owners with his sister and family, and he makes sure he remembers your name.

Always feel welcome every time I walk in and he knows exactly what I wanna drink. I couldn't say better things about this place, and there's another business right next door that has some pretty bomb Italian food. They always let you bring in the food from next door but be sure to bring them some breadsticks!

The staff and general environment was cool. Everyone was polite. However, the patronage is sectoral. Lacks diversity, neighborhood watering hole.Time for an upgrade. Players is (As discribed) a great neighborhood watering hole. It takes a visit or two for folks to relax with newcomers. However, once done it's a warm friendly spot with good sports little politics, good service and great pricing. It's one of my spots now. After further review. Its apparent that it just takes a couple of visits. To appreciate the warm atmosphere. It's a great place once everyone gets to relax w/each other. Service IS very good. Maybe it was just a bad day, been there once before and it was fine, bartender was friendly, but the last time was a different story. There was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke and the customers were very loud, swearing a lot, obnoxious and really drunk, and that was just the women, couldn't wait to get out. But the bartender was polite and friendly, good prices. Wish we could go back but there was too much loud vulgarity and drunken behavior, it chases...
