Weād been traveling through some southern states and really needed some good Mexican food - specifically tacos. There were a bunch of restaurants listed but most were not open yet or were closed. I found Carlitoās and since itās a pretty easy off then back on the Interstate we decided to give it a try. Thank goodness we did. It was 10:00 am and there were a few folks eating. Our server brought us menus, chips, and salsa almost immediately. Then she was back with our drinks and then our food. It tasted so good! The customers were friendly and our server was very on top of things as well as friendly and kind. We would definitely go back again.

Iām very disappointed and I must say I wonāt be returning anytime soon the food was disgusting 𤮠to say the least and generally I would go and get my $14.00 back but I felt you all needed to know insteadā¦. The place is falling apart the food is way overpriced its literally all from bags, I'm guessing if they made it at the beginning of the week and it isnt finished that day they reuse till it's gone and the people in the kitchen it's so bad for them it's not even up to code they are either dying from heat or coldness depending on the temperature but I worked there during the summer and it was hot all because Carlos wants to be cheap but they do clean every day and clean the kitchen once a week btw this is from a waiter that used to work there so like I'm not lying on...
