I’d like to start this post by saying I have never received anything but great customer service at this location, Mark was no exception this morning. However Mark did give me french fries that I would believe to be were left over from last night. That is never OK UPDATE: August 22, 2020 I returned a phone Call from Darrell W., Regional Manager in the Houston area. Darrell got back to me within an hour of the first post. He was accommodating and apologetic for the french fries. He also stated most customers start eating the fries before they leave the drive-through,If they have issues with their food they know immediately. 1. I am not obligated to eating in a drive-through or in my car. 2. Darrell does not know where I’ve been or what I’d touched before arriving at the drive-through why would I just start touching my food, we are in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic!!! I have only been Covid free at this point for a few days. So I’m really hyper vigilant. 3. Darrell stated that a manager from the MLK location in Beaumont would be in touch with me soon, I gave her time to do so, because like most I’d evacuated the area due to a Hurricane. It is September 12, 2020 8:50 am. No phone call no voicemail as of yet.
