I’d like to start this post by saying I have never received anything but great customer service at this location, Mark was no exception this morning. However Mark did give me french fries that I would believe to be were left over from last night. That is never OK UPDATE: August 22, 2020 I returned a phone Call from Darrell W., Regional Manager in the Houston area. Darrell got back to me within an hour of the first post. He was accommodating and apologetic for the french fries. He also stated most customers start eating the fries before they leave the drive-through,If they have issues with their food they know immediately. 1. I am not obligated to eating in a drive-through or in my car. 2. Darrell does not know where I’ve been or what I’d touched before arriving at the drive-through why would I just start touching my food, we are in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic!!! I have only been Covid free at this point for a few days. So I’m really hyper vigilant. 3. Darrell stated that a manager from the MLK location in Beaumont would be in touch with me soon, I gave her time to do so, because like most I’d evacuated the area due to a Hurricane. Read moreStopped at this Jack in the Box for dinner, What a mistake, 10 months ago, I posted a great review I don't understandwhat happened. I drove up and actually thought they were closed it was about 4 p.m. , the parking lot was empty. An empty parking lot should always be an indication of bad service or bad food. There were three very young employees working, I asked the female at the window for a Boba tea, she had to ask the other two employees what it was none of them knew I couldn't believe it. Our food was prepared extremely messy, the taco filling was sitting at the bottom of the bags that it's served in, and my chicken fajita was so cold I couldn't eat it the cheese was in a ball and the lettuce was brown and not fresh the chicken was ice cold unacceptable. Read moreWow. Management needs to step in and get rid of everyone here. I was passing through, and stopped here to use the bathroom and get some grub. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, while two employees were on the phones sitting at a table, and one of them in the kitchen wouldn't even make eye contact. I got tired of waiting and used the bathroom. It was DISGUSTING. One of the doors wouldn't even close. When I had finally gotten my order, it was wrong, so I had them fix it. They then gave me someone else's order, so I asked them to fix it yet again. When I got the food, it was supposed to be a Jr Bacon burger, and there was literally a piece of bacon the size of my fingertip. This was literally the worst service I have ever recieved!...
