The staff here have more knowledge than a lot of the other stores that sell similar products. Whole I was there a customer came in and was having an issue finding the correct windows he needed. Within 30 minutes his windows were ordered and at a price he was amazed at. They recently changed all of their flooring displays to better view their great selection of products. They also offer "FREE" design help to assist you. They even print out the design for you in multiple views. The price on cabinets is 2/3 the price of other stores. Me and my family had an awful experience with customer support here. We ordered tile here and when we went to pick it up they had to reorder it as if it wasn't ordered in the first place. Also we bought out cabinets and they left two big cabinets but made us have to pay for them "because they weren't ordered," even though they were included in our estimate. Surplus Warehouse is a place people go on a small budget for rental Properties or simple fixes. This is not top grade materials, That is the reason it is more affordable than other places such ... Low's and Home Depot . But this doesn't mean the products are bad either. I'm just saying don't expect a gold bar when you're paying for tin. :) I like shopping here to flip rentals. Lets face it.
