Don't go there encore, thinking it's going to be different this time. This Jack in The Crack does not like its customers. They are notably rude in the Drive Thru. A reason why this place is empty could be because it's employees are unfriendly and intimidating. Used to be a friendly blond girl and nicer folks but don't depend on them to get positive vibes. Definitely not going back ever, they treat you like a stranger and look at you like you're the plague. You will also be ignored at the counter. The feeling garnered is people behave disrespectfully here and in places like it, to generate negativity or provoke an argument. Don't take the Jack bait. If misery loves company they're failing at it. How could you swallow their garbage fare when they're behavior makes you sick? Avoid this Jack location especially. Don't let it bother you, just apply your paycheck elsewhere. (Of course I hope corporate reads this. Been snubbed at the counter by various employees, and the men helming the drive thru are terrible, bet on it....
Read moreI wish to give this place more stars but the shift leader Sonia is absolutely terrible at her job. Im not even kidding when I say I have to repeat my order multiple times and she still gets it wrong. Another time I went through she charged me for a large drink but gave me a medium and said that is their new large, want in a few days later and they gave me the regular large they use. She is basically stealing from the customers. She charged me double on food I didn't order as well this last time. Some days she tries to charge me extra for dipping sauce and some days she doesn't. Then she gave me sauce I didn't ask for....make it make sense.
The late night guys crew Steven, his friend and the late night lady cook definitely need a raise. They are super nice, quick, professional, and not once have I had any issues with them, they get my order right every time. They are the reason I come back to this location. Read moreSo disappointed, food was normal Jack in the box quality. We all know they have the best ranch to dip pretty much everything on the menu. My concern is with Rosemary. I went to the counter when my number was called and they didn't have my large chocolate shake ready. I asked Rosemary for my shake and she said, "are you sure you didn't get it yet?" The first time she said it I didn't quite hear her (or it was so unbelievable) so I asked her to repeat herself, "are you sure you didn't get it yet?"
Okay, first of all, I have better things to do than try and get a second shake for free. Second, don't answer my question of-where is my shake?? with a question. Third, don't you have a checklist or something to tell you what other employees have given patrons? If not, I suggest you get one and stop accusing people of freeloading.
