Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Beaumont

Ordered a sandwich and added some extras (bacon and avocado) and was charged for it but didn’t get it. Live 30+ mins away so called once I got home and realized and just asked for a refund on the extra charges. Instead manger offered me a free sandwich next time. When I went next time a different manager (because she was female and one on phone was male ) would not honor that and basically told me since she didn’t have record of it I could be making it up. Left feedback through email and didn’t hear back from their store like the automated emailed says. So I emailed corporate again and this time she contacted me telling me next time they will give me the sandwich and she should have handled it better and assured me she had it down with my phone number. Went again and they still said they couldn’t do it and I would need some app or rewards program in order for them to put the free (aka remake of what I ordered paid for and didn’t get the first time). Terrible customer service. I went back again because pregnant and I was ordered by my doctor to eat before coming to the hospital because was having issues but he wanted me to eat first. Went inside because was in a hurry and even told the cashier that but he started making my sandwich then walked off to do something else and then basically the drive thru girl had to go and finish my sandwich. Let’s see about four weeks ago. On my way to Dialysis . I needed food so my girlfriend stopped at Jimmy John’s for me and I got a number nine no lettuce no tomato no oil and vinegar. Add pickles. I recommend it for everybody. The number seven is not too bad itself, there’s a little blonde lady that always complements my onesies and always goes out of her way to tell me hello she’s awesome. The bathroom is funny and amazing and very clean. The food is phenomenal. They’re fast I mean I want to get a Jimmy John’s tattoo but the number nine my favorite sandwich under it , all in all I love it I eat there about four times a week help I think I need an intervention but there’s yourself a favor drive to the ghetto of 11th St. and get yourself some Jimmy John’s right now I’m laying in bed upset because they closed 34 minutes ago. 08/11/25--Just as always. This place doesn't disappoint. Bailey and her crew are fantastic!! We have a new dog, Miss Stella. So we didn't stay long but we also didn't bring her in. We didn't say we had her waiting in the truck but we needn't of worried. We were out the door lickity split like. I love that they talked us into getting the Rewards because today one of our sandwiches was FREE!! So it was freaky, fast & free!! 05/15/19--Freaky fast and super delicious. Everyone here is great and friendly. There is this one tiny lady who is so darn nice and super friendly.
