McDonald's — Restaurant in Beaumont

I never write reviews but this place was terrible..went in for lunch & ended up waiting about half an hour before asking them about my order (other people who had shown up after me were getting their orders), waited about another 10 minutes & finally got it. Went back again to get an iced mocha & they said they had to clean the machine & while I was completely fine w that, they didn't give me what I ordered idek what kind of coffee it was but it definitely wasn't mocha. When I told them, they put a little chocolate syrup in the bottom & called it a day; it still did not taste right at all. Ended up throwing it out & getting it in another location. Also if you go in there be careful. It's in a sketchy part of town; that same night me & my boyfriend were there while I was waiting for my coffee & some random guy walked in & sat down w us trying to get a dollar out of us for some reason. If I could give this place a zero, I would! I don't know what it is about the evening staff at most McDonald's but at this one they were so unprofessional, unfriendly and ghetto. Zero customer service skills! Starting from the beginning... 1st while we were trying to place our order the guy on his phone in the drive thru window kept telling us to pull up when we weren't even done ordering. We only ordered the chicken nugget combo and one homestyle burger. Then as always the frappe machine was down (mind you it's 8:28 pm). The guy was like "pull up, pull up, pull up," and wouldn't let us finish ordering anything. They didnt give us a receipt and didn't offer to give us one. Then we get home and find out the burger is not even cooked all the way 🤢. It is literally pink on the inside. 🤮Literally the worst service and food. McDonald's I'm sorry but at this location there is no redeeming yourself....

First all my family loved going to this one. not no more. On date march 29 lady manger opened store. With out having extra cash on hand. Knowing who’s on staff day before needed go to bank . make sure have extra on hand. Going say they can’t break certain amount. my husband and my self have ran fast food places. Knowing do this information. To ran training store and satisfying customers you have be doing everything by rules . theses mcdonald’s don’t do so what so ever. They break the rules and not cook food fully. I will never see me at This restaurant again. i seriously advise every month to each mcdonald’s. have Gms. visit inspector places and make sure the managers are doing what is called to be...
