I usually don't write bad reviews because I don't want to be rude but this Starbucks just frustrates me... I had been going here once in a while for a few years with my Dad in the mornings and I eventually just got tired of it. Most of the time, the employees aren't that welcoming and barely at least smile. Also, out of the three Starbucks I regularly go too, they mess up quite often and sometimes don't even care to apologize for it.
One time, my Dad and I received cold breakfast sandwiches, so we sent them back. They put them in the oven again and they were still ice cold in the middle. So, we sent them back a second time and they put them in the oven again. For the third time, I had to send my sandwich back because it was burnt but at least my Dad's sandwich was finally cooked. After the third time, they finally gave me a hot breakfast sandwich but it was the wrong sandwich (ham instead of sausage). We eventually just gave up and left because we were going to be late to church.
I don't want to come off as a snob but the employee performance and quality is truly disappointing for Starbucks standards. I know we all have bad days and I know everyone makes mistakes but when those mistakes are a usual occurrence, you just start to feel like you don't want...
Read moreToday was a hot mess!!! I placed my order at 912 am got there at 930 am. My order was not ready and was told that they were an hour behind in completing orders. I met a lady in store whose order was sent in at 805 am. She didn't walk out until 945 am. I get it that this was the first day of the holiday drinks and the Christmas cup giveaway but that was ridiculous! I felt bad for the staff because they were working hard in trying to complete orders, but I felt like they needed a better plan of action then what was being done. Tons of drinks and food were wasted because customers left after getting a refund because they couldn't stay there and wait for an hour. Their orders weren't canceled. So employees were wasting time making drinks/food for people who had left. I left the store and went back an hour later to pick up my drinks. I live close so I didn't mind going back. The ladies working were so nice and tried very hard to do their best in that situation. Everyone waiting was given their holiday cups. Because they feared they would run out. Read moreI went to the Starbucks location and ordered a tall coffee online went into the store and they had my coffee ready great 2 days later I noticed on my bank account that they charged me $25 for that cup of coffee okay call the bank and said to call the business location and work it with them it'll be a little faster for me to get a recovery on that money. So I called Starbucks location in question and the person I spoke to said because it was an online order she can't do nothing about it. And gave no other explanation as to why, so now have to go back with my bank and put in a claim and hopefully I'll get my money back sometime this month. Starbucks is not only expensive they obviously don't train their people other than just making cups of coffee I will avoid this Starbucks...
