I was at this Wendy's last night to order food inside. Before I drove there I inquired if this location did the 50 piece nugget. The guy that answered the phone told me they did (they did not). The night before I used Door Dash and they forgot my medium fry. I mentioned it to who I can only assume was the manager (woman with dark hair). I didn't think anything was going to be done about it because it had been a full day but she asked what size and then upgraded it to a large for my order I was currently getting. I appreciate it because she definitely didn't have to. She was super nice, but I couldn't help but notice the 2 other employees that were there with her (young males). She had to constantly remind them to focus and actually do their jobs meanwhile they're grabbing each other's butts and giggling. There was at least 4 cars in the drive through and a few people in the dining area when I arrived and it seemed like she was basically working by herself and babysitting 2 children. Please give this woman a raise! I've ordered Door Dash from this location in the past and every now and then I would be missing a fry or sandwich and now I know why. Food's always great from this location, but there definitely needs to be an adjustment on some of the people...
Read moreOrdered a single with cheese and asked for no tomatoes or onions. It was right on the slip. I get my food and when I opened my burger it had tomatoes and onions on it. I went to the counter and it took 5 minutes to get someone's attention. The one kid back working the grill looked right at me and turned around. When I finally got a young ladies attention she never said they were sorry. She just laughed and apparently her and the grill guy were highly amused by my request. So instead of getting a new burger they took off the tomatoes and onions and slapped a new slice of cheese on it. When I got to my seat it was semi-warm and the cheese wasn't melted. The fries were cold and actually hard to chew. The best part was that I got an earfull hearing the manager and another female yelling and swearing at each other. The language would have gotten a NC-17 rating at the movies. Terrible experience. And when the manager finally showed back up he never apologized either. He shook his head and mumbled something like it figures. If this is the best you can do you might as well shut this...
Read morePoor management! An employee with disabilities at counter , could not find the correct item on screen asked manager who rudely yelled the number . Employee still having difficulty-manager screamed at him the number saying it is right here -are you gonna be able to finish this order -then proceeds to â moveâ the employee and finishes the order . Other employees also voiced their anger at this employee even using vulgar language ( an obvious reflection of the manager ). This was all within earshot of customers and employees. This is not ok ever!!!! !!! The better way to have handled it would simply have been to either push the item on screen himself and tell employee ( nicely ) where it was . Or tell him he would finish the order and direct him to another task ( again nicely). Rather wait for the employee to finish the order ( with or without help ) than to witness this treatment and obvious condoning of this treatment. Retrain the entire staff on tolerance and proper training of other employees-starting with...
