Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Beaverton

Edit: I'm changing my rating to three because it isn't everyone that works there that does this. Still won't be getting coffee here. I take my dog on a 5 mile walk every morning which often includes a stop at the Barrows Road Dutch Bros. Several times now I've been ignored by the people working there. They look directly at me then ignore me. No greeting or acknowledgement that they will get to me. Today (3/24/22) was two women, the hair on one of them was half black and half white, and I think, she had a septum piercing. Somewhat unprofessional appearance, even for the McD's of coffee. They both had way too much makeup on, which was scary at best. They both had a stuck up look on their face when they saw me. My morning walk isn't the only time I used to buy coffee here. Definitely won't be getting my coffee here while people like this work here. There are at least four other coffee shops within walking distance of this location, and even more in the opposite direction...

First, I absolutely love my local Dutch, however this one was on my way home so I thought I would stop in thinking they can't be that different right? WRONG! First off the younger girl who came out to take my order wanted to rush me after I ordered 1 drink but I wasn't done, I had to tell her what I wanted about 4 times each drink and they still got it wrong! I ordered a soda and they made me a frost! Guess that explains why I was overcharged since Frosts cost more than a soda. When I came back to have them fix my drink (at my local Dutch they offer a free one for next time) they seemed inconvenienced to have to fix it and barely apologized. A short jaunt from our sons house we have visited this Dutch Bros many times. Our grandkids love to plant the Dutch Bros seed in Grandma's head on every visit. It has become a tradition for us. Choices are only limited to your imagination. They have a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold. You can even get them blended like a shake. They have lemonade drinks and energy drinks. They have sugary drinks, drinks without sugar and drinks with sugar free syrups. Customer service is always friendly and engaging. The young work here and all we have met possess huge personalities.
