The food was good, but the service was awful. I go to this Dunkin a lot because it's right down the street from my house. I've never had an issue at this one which is why I have always gone back. The woman who took my order today though, was very rude and had an attitude the entire time. Consistently scoffing at my coffee order and repeatedly saying "Is that it" in a very condescending tone after every word I said. I told her that was not it and asked what they had for donuts. She then said "Well what are you looking for" again in a very rude way. When I get up to the window to pay i see this woman grab my donut near the window rolling her eyes and just throws it on the counter at the window. If the window was open it would have gone out the window with how she threw it down. I politely asked the woman at the window who that was and who was taking my order, she told me it was the Assistant Manager Erin... I was so taken back by that answer. I am a Restaurant Operations Manager, and have multiple managers under me. I would never act in the way she did and would expect the same of all those under me. Her actions are unbecoming of a Manager at her level and does not promote great customer growth, and can only imagine how the employee growth and/or working conditions under someone like that would be. Read moreI'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but after what must be my 4th or 5th wrong and disappointing order from this location I need to. Every single sandwich I've ordered from this location in the last ~2 years has been wrong, including when I've ordered through the app and the correct order is printed clearly on the receipt. As others have mentioned, asking them to fix it - IF I notice before I've driven too far away - results in a lot of eye-rolling and defensiveness. This morning not only was the wrong cheese on my order (I wanted American, which is standard and was on my receipt, but they put that nasty sour tasting cheddar on it for no reason- it's not even a sandwich that usually uses cheddar) but the English muffin was sort of warm but totally untoasted and just like raw plain bread. I'm only giving 2 stars because so far they haven't catastrophically messed up my coffee and I've never gotten physically sick from the food, even if the quality overall does seem lower than the other...

I had a negative experience at Dunkin today, store #351150. One of their employees was rude and dismissive.
At the drive-through, she claimed she couldn’t understand my accent and refused to take my order. When I approached the window, she complained loudly and threw away a coffee without asking for my order. Despite my explicit request for a caffeine-free matcha latte, she assumed I wanted a decaf macchiato.
When I asked for my daughter’s tea to be decaf, Ashley became visibly upset and remarked that she needed two windows. Her behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional, stemming from her inability to understand my accent.
It's disappointing that someone at Dunkin could not provide essential customer support. Thank you for addressing this issue.
