Left a review 7 months ago & here I am again. I was hoping for it to be different but my experience gets worse each time. The usual person learns the 2nd or 3rd time around. Me, takes like 6 or 7 tries before I really throw in the towel. How do I order a full sandwich and half a salad and get a salad and no sandwich? It’s checked off on the slipped. Are the employees checking these slips with their eyes closed? Do they needed glasses? Or better training? Are they being trained at all?You’ll never know what you’ll get coming to this location. then when I speak to an associate, I’m offered free food. What am I being offered free food for if the employees can’t get my first order correct? I really enjoy the sandwiches from Panera and it really is disappointing the quality of service I receive each and everytime is worse than the last. Sucks they are so close but useless One thing I can say is never have I ever had an issue with any of the delivery drivers. The only positive Ordered rapid pick up & waited over 10 minutes while no one actually brought it out to me. They claim to be the best and most healthiest food in the country but still they charge outrageous prices and have some of the worst service of any restaurant chain out there. This location is no different and should be easy because this is just a delivery and pickup location. This place takes twice as long to make your order and they are always late with their deliveries. I mean let's face it, you aren't making complicated food here. Its a bunch of sandwiches and some soup and maybe a baguette. This staff here could care less and they act like they are doing you a favor when you come into this place. Read moreI was told they no longer have cashiers so I have to use the kiosk to place an order. That's fine. There is no one else in the store and I see no other orders pending or actively being worked. Bakery items are fully stocked. And yet it took them 20+ min to toast a bagel for me yet they could have the order ready for 2 people who ordered after me. Souffle, was cold. All the coffees needed to be refilled. In the time I waited, I could have walked around the counter to grab my bagel and souffle myself. This isn't to say I don't like Panera. I've never had this issue at any other Panera location.
