This is absolutely absurd, please refund my money to my credit card ... I placed a order for pick up at 11:50 am & have a confirmation number and payment approval for this specific store ... But the store wouldn't make or give me my food because they said it didn't show up on there system, so I was just standing there while they stopped helping and talking because they wouldn't help me... I paid for food and they wouldn't make or give it to us because it wasn't on there system even though they saw my confirmation number and was for THERE STORE, and they even called the manager on a phone and said they can't do it because it would be too big of an order to comp ... Called, the girl that's at the location said sorry, she can make a new one. So I drive back up to the place and she keeps smirking and apologizing. Not remaking the sandwich as a footlong, but another 6 inch. First time and last time at this location. She can keep smirking and laughing while losing customers
