Updated Review Response after speaking with the owner: I received a phone call from the New Owners and the gentleman was very nice and apologetic. I have returned to the store and so far so good. Christian especially has gone beyond what I consider excellent customer service. This young man I see nothing but success in which ever career he chooses in his life. The owners are very fortunate to have an employee like Christian. He definitely is management material. I give the owners and especially Christian 6 stars along with some of the new employees.
Original Review I wish I was able to leave a review without having to press 1 star. I have spent a nice amount of money at this store including leaving decent tips. I have done nothing but give good advice to young kids that either it's their first job or never worked in the food industry. Asking an employee to wipe the ice cream container or please fill the triple pint up all the way since it's so expensive $21 plus including extra toppings. Tonight and this past weekend again I did not get what i ordered through door dash. So I had enough and i called the store to voice my complaint, Instead I am accused of harassing employees by Avery the young manager. Talk about bad customer service especially from the Manager. He did nothing but defend himself along with the young kids that work there. All I asked for is to give me what I paid for and I would bring the container in to show him the next day. Avery swore the order was correct and that his employees get nothing but complaints about me harassing the employees. This is new to me. Asking the employee to fill the container up and please just wipe the outside of the container before putting it in a bag that's harassment when the employees should know better. Many times I have been kind and tipped well. It's definitely hurtful to be accused of harassment. I would like a phone call from the manager which I requested Avery to have him call me. So let's see if Avery gives the owner the message. If not he lost a good customer. And to the owner I suggest u have random friends and family members randomly go place some orders and see how your employees interact with the customers and handle the product you sell. First and foremost their staff closes when they feel like it. Have attempted to go several times, where they closed before posted time. Says closes at 10, but closed before then Have tried to get a smoothie several different occasions just to be told they don’t have the proper ingredients. Once or twice doesn’t bother me, but when it’s consistent something should be done about supply chain of ingredients! From the staff that has helped my girlfriend and I they have been unprofessional. For example:they make substitutions because they don’t want to go in the back and get additional ice cream because it requires more effort on their part
The reason why this has been tolerated is because my girlfriend and I do enjoy the quality of the ice cream and product in the few times we were able to get it.

Read moreThe employee was not wearing gloves and was attending register in between preparing order.. With the pandamic, wearing gloves is something you would expect when it comes to food…! I ordered a cheesecake fantasy only with Graham cracker (asked not to add any berries/ strawberries), so not much of mixing involved with my order.. Not to mention, I found a fly in my ice cream! When I went to inform that, the person attending was making comments like "maybe its the bean/berry, maybe it flew in when you were eating" Personally I found it unprofessional. Though eventually she asked me if they can do something/ make a new order..
Definitely I would not prefer to eat anything from there anymore..!
I just wanted them to be informed so not to repeat similar instance..
They must ensure hygiene and better...
