Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bee Cave

Ordered 2 topping *Philly steak and bacon) pizza w BBQ sauce. Was sent the Philly steak Specialty pizza instead, that has ingredients I cannot eat because I'm allergic to them. I called to let the girl know I received the wrong pizza and she got snarky with me saying she made the pizza herself, she's the assistant manager and she put all the ingredients on there but she left off the bacon. And I said I did not order it that way, and in all the 8 years I've lived here I have never received a pizza where someone added these other ingredients she kept saying well you ordered the Philly steak Pizza. She would not listen to me, I was trying to tell her no that is not what I ordered I ordered a two topping only specifically saying the word only when i ordered. She would not give me a refund she would not remake the pizza told me if I had a problem I could take it up with the manager tomorrow and hung up on me. So I'm sitting they're looking at a pizza I can't eat no dinner for me thank you very much. And no refund. So I called back and ask her again for a refund and she yells at me over the phone I told you three times you'll have to talk to the manager tomorrow and hung up. All this after waiting an hour for my delivery. I'll be taking the pizza up tomorrow to show the manager. It's a damn good thing I didn't eat it I'd be in the hospital right now. I would think the assistant manager would know the difference between a simple two-topping pizza, and a specialty pizza. Zero...

I ordered a couple of pizzas. I was given a wait time about 35 minutes. It went to 45 minutes. The estimated delivery time kept going up and up. The tracker did not move past make. We got to an hour and 25 minutes. I tried to call and couldn’t get through. I drove to their location. It was busy. There were a number of people in there. The wait times on the board were crazy. The people ahead of me had also ordered online. They had also waited over an hour and like me the went to the store to cancel because they were not answering the phones.

The whole place is just an absolute mess. It looked like chaos in there. I won’t buy a Domino’s Pizza again. I haven’t bought from them for a number of years and I thought I’d give them a go but this was a major fail and red flag.

I cancelled and then went to a place near by and I wish I’d done that...

Avoid. I've eaten Domino's across the country and this is the worst store. Poor service and high prices. I ordered online and used their website to monitor the pizza being made. Due to Covid I waited outside as per directions. After almost 15 minutes of the pizza being reported as finished I gave up and went inside. The pizza was sitting on a metal shelf getting cold. They had cooked the pizza before working on the other four items of the order. They were clueless. Back in the car I tested the pizza. Room temperature. The dish they just finished cooking was pretty good. I should have eaten the napkins and questionable ketchup packets in my glovebox instead of the pizza. It would have tasted better and saved...
