Dunkin' — Restaurant in Belchertown

Went to this location not too long ago and first thing I noticed was how messy it looked behind the counter where the employees were standing. I ended up ordering a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, an avocado toast and a frozen coffee. Everything seemed good until I bit into the sandwich and noticed the bacon tasted odd and chewy. I was so hungry I ate it anyways and soon after I started getting this aweful stomach pain that just seemed to get worse and worse until I started vomiting nonstop the rest of the day. That was all I had eaten that whole day so I knew that I had contracted food poisoning from that food I ordered. 2 days after when I was finally feeling a little better I called to put in the complaint to the manager, he apologized and took note of what happened but never offered a discount or anything. There are at least five females working here yelling, joking around, cussing etc. I understand having “fun” at work, I don’t want people to be miserable. But when I’m sitting down and all I hear are these people messing around, over-staffed, belligerently cussing with loud conversations and not even considering a customer sitting at a table. If it was empty I really wouldn’t care. I ALSO worked at DD previously. I was planning to meet a client here to have coffee but now I’m leaving and will not return nor recommend this location. I recently went to this dunkin and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin. waited 10+ minutes in the drive thru even though i was the only one in line but no biggie. I get my order and they're usually piping hot so i waited a few minutes to eat it and i take a bite...ice cold, muffin not toasted, cheese was never melted...they never heated it up at all... honestly one of the most disgusting things i've ever had and in my life i have never had to ask for a BEC to be toasted/hot?? i waited 10+ mins and they didn't heat it up? word of caution to ask for things that are supposed to be hot heated if you...
