Absolutely horrible! Please don't waste your time or money. The service was a complete nightmare. The woman who took my order literally repeated everything I ordered back to me incorrectly. Then they forgot my daughter's fries that came with her meal. It also took awhile to get our food. We went inside to order it to go, so I was face to face with the employee, speaking loud & clear. That's bad enough so far, but the quality of the food was probably the worst part. Our fries were ridiculously salty + lukewarm & our quarter pounder with cheese had a rock hard stale bun & tasted extremely dry/bland. Probably the worst burger I've ever had from any McDonald's & I'm almost 40 years old, so I've ate at many different McDonald's several times before throughout my life. Big disappointment. I will not be returning here! I would've brought my food back if I wasn't in a hurry today & noticed before leaving the parking lot how bad everything was. $31 for us all to eat lunch & I would've been happier with a pb & j at home. They really need to retrain staff, or hire new people with experience, or who are capable of learning their positions. I've worked in fast food years ago & it's really simple, so I cannot understand why our food tasted as if it had been sitting beneath a heat lamp all day & the employee was utterly clueless. The moment I spoke to order, she immediately punched in iced tea instead of iced coffee. That was one of many mistakes. I knew right away that it would be disastrous & I was absolutely right... never again, Belchertown Mickey D's! I had to wait additional time just to ask for the fries that they forgot, because kitchen staff had music so loud they couldn't hear me say "excuse me" repeatedly! I know it's McDonald's, but come on now! At least make minimal effort & don't serve hours old food please. I'm sure if you were to have a surprise inspection by corporate or board of health, you'd fail miserably, just to be honest. I'd give 0 stars...

As a business owner, I look for the A's of a business, starting with "Atmosphere." Walking in the restaurant was very clean, smelled pleasant (not bleached) and was bright and "Appealing!" My wife and I being first time customers to this McDonalds were greeted with an upbeat and welcoming "Attitude" without any pushy pressure to decide on what we wanted to order or being directed to the McD's in store kiosk to place our order. Rarely a fan of fast food and unfamiliar with the breakfast menu options, my wife and I were unsure what meals and deals were available? "Acknowledging" my wife and I having difficulty figuring things out, our server Sabrina pleasantly offered us some helpful "Advice" and suggestions we could decide from. Sabrina was patient with us and very pleasant while ordering our meals. It was clear to us her Asst. Manager Tina(?) expedited with experience, encouraging her crew and ensuring close "Attention" was given to each order (not just ours) to ensure it would be prepared and severed promptly and exactly as ordered. With the restaurant being so clean and the "Ambiance" being bright and upbeat in the restaurant we chose to dine inside which is rare for us with a Fast Food place. Our meals were prepared and served perfectly as ordered and we enjoyed our hot and delicious breakfast in a restaurant that is a cut "Above" the rest! Me my mom first went to Wendy's in Palmer Ma, and I had a bacon cheeseburger sandwich, and my mom got a bbq chicken sandwich and it burn her tongue, and couldn't eat any more, so she still hungry of not having lunch, even she decided to go to McDonald's in Belchertown Ma and there was 3 cars in front of us, a white car, a red truck, a white Suv and us, even the white car left and ready for his or her food, the red truck had to wait for 10-15 mins and the SUV came to or order and we oder, and the white Suv left and we waited, and the red truck driver was not happy, even it took so long that they give him the food and drive off and another white Suv had to wait, and here what happened next!!!
The first white Suv came back and she roll down her window ask us what we order and we order a big Mac and I had a hot fudge sundae. But I did not my hot fudge sundae, even never got her big Mac even she got our big mac even she ate half the sandwich, and she went back in and the employee came out, and I Scream at her, because she almost gave it to another person!!!
The first white Suv wanted 20 piece chicken nuggets, she never wanted anything else. But why did she ate half the sandwich, even it bothers my mom to get germs, and that wrong!!!
But there more to this so I am going to filed a complaint to this McDonald's while contacting the CEO...
