McDonald's — Restaurant in Belgrade

What an awful experience. No customer service at all. I ordered very clearly a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, the girl repeated it to me just fine, and it appeared on the screen just fine. I pull away and check and there is cheese on it. I walk in and the young man behind the counter repeats it back to me and goes in the kitchen. I think they are making my sandwich and I can hear them back there belching, swearing at the next person in the drive throughs order, and I noticed how filthy it is behind the counter. Such a shame a beautiful new store and there is food mashed on the floor, a sandwich box thrown behind the registers on the floor and looking at the drive up window where they just handed me my food minutes ago trash and piles of spilled cup lids the girl is just walking over. The girl walks over and hands me the sandwich remade and says here you go and tells me what is supposed to be in it that I ordered. I ask if she is sure and open it, and it's an entirely different sandwich and the young man who said he would remake it appears and says I asked you twice this is what you asked for! I was so mad I dropped both sandwiches on the counter and told them to forget it . I will NEVER go to that McDonald's again. They built a beautiful new store but hired horrible people to work in it. Keeps lobby constantly closed so guest can't use the bathroom. Even when its not busy and no they are not understaffed COVID isn't an excuse for everything. Also noticed that once you get more towards later in the day the quality of the food goes down.. I’ve had stale french fries and sweet tea that was watered down and I’m pretty sure at some point I got unsweet tea. I like the staff in general Drop it down another star because they just refused to let me buy anything from the menu. I ordered two things off the mobile app and they wouldn't give me a refund and I showed them my receipt showing that I ordered it and I paid and they said no we're not gonna accept that because it's not showing up on my screen and I said OK I'll pay out of pocket with my card just give me what I ordered and I use my points to get chicken nuggets and they said they weren't gonna give me the free chicken nuggets because I need to order that on the app the app but they were refusing to let me use. I couldn't even get my sprite is literally no other restaurants in this area now I have to go hungry and thirsty because somebody and by somebody I mean the manager wouldn't give me what I ordered and paid for and then said I would pay for twice. This is worst McDonald's in this area and anyone local or even traveling shouldn't bother stopping to get food here. They'll mess up your orders and when you try to correct it, they just slam the windows in your face. On top of it, the kids working here don't even know how to count change, so I'm not too sure why management allows them to handle money if they can't count. They have nasty attitudes and don't even attempt to communicate to their customers if their orders are taking longer than expected. Even when you order just two cheeseburgers, and if they forget your drink don't expect to get one unless youre willing to bang on the window to remind them for one simple drink. Oh, and before I forget, don't even THINK about modifying your food because they can't even read the tickets that are STUCK TO THE WRAPPER. I get its just a McDonald's but these kids need to be taught better on how to do their jobs. It's not a hard one, I've done it.
