The Wok — Restaurant in Belgrade

I have never left a review but I'm so irritated. Treated so rudely at the Wok in Belgrade, MT. Only because I have to give a star they get one. Ordered food early to have delivered by 5:00 when delivery starts. Called 5:25, she says delivery is late 15 to 20 minutes till delivered so approximately 5:45. I asked her if it's going to be fresh and warm since I ordered so early. She assured me yes. We get the food 45 minutes later mind you and ALL of the food is cold not even luke warm. I called to tell her food was cold and could tell it had been sitting. She said we're not going to serve you anymore bc you've complained before. Good ridden. Prices are too high and quality of food and service is awful any more. Last time I called was because on a prior order I tipped but when I got my statement $10.00 increase had been added to tip. I'm a good tipper to begin with but I consider this stealing. We had asked for a full thing of sesame seeds instead of the usual teaspoon they offer and they wanted to charge! Isn't this a condiment such as Ketchup for a burger? Never again. Eating out is supposed to be a pleasure, this was FAR from it. Started at a 5 star review. My first visit was great. Good service. Good food. I'm knocking off a star for the second visit, as we ordered take-out and mistakes happen, the order was not complete, and when I went back to get the rest (which I wouldn't have held against them) the order just wasn't right. Good food, so we had it anyway. Not worth complaining about honestly. Third visit was the most disappointing. Take out again (as I live just down the street) and ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice. Chicken Fried rice was excellent. Kung Pao Chicken was down right wrong. It was more a vegetable stir fry with, after going through the whole box, I counted 2 pieces of chicken. Needless to say, I was let down and lost my appetite for what I really wanted. I guess for a veggie stir fry it was good, but that's not what I ordered. Final thought: It wasn't any one bad incident, it was a culmination of repeated mistakes, long hold times on the phone, and inconsistency. My family and I dined at The Wok at ~ 8:00/pm on a Wed eve. There were only a few customers there at that time. The young waitress was attentive and helpful in helping us understand the cuisine. While we were waiting for our food she came out with the other customers order, carrying way too much ( she should have used a cart ) as she approached them she dropped everything on the floor. She exploded, her language was unbecoming, she went into the kitchen, yelling at the cook, She cleaned up her mess and then started arguing/yelling at kitchen staff through the pass through window, very loud, she could be heard throughout the entire restaurant. After that tirade she came over to us apologized and said she had been fighting with the cooks all day. WOW! Her behavior is not a good look for your establishment. We enjoyed the food it was delicious, but the attitude & atmosphere ruined a what should have been a pleasant meal with family. We did NOT give her a tip. 0...
