Cosmic Pizza Belgrade — Restaurant in Belgrade

I absolutely adore cosmic but I am leaving an honest review as one of cosmic die hard customers over the years.... as of lately I would say cosmic needs to hire more drivers for delivery as I've ordered now three differnt times and my driver took 2 hours plus to get my food to me. It use to be delivered in no less than thirty minutes. Rush hour was top 45 minutes. I always tip fat regardless of the timing, but as a consumer and as a loyal customer it's upsetting getting a cold pizza by the time it reaches me and I live not even 2 miles from cosmic. I've called to ask why and I get told after the 2 hours of waiting that either they only have one driver or their driver isn't there yet. Kinda makes me feel like they'd benefit from having drivers from doordash. I've even called on some days to make an order from wherever I'm at at the time and they say they don't have drivers when they advertise as...

Worst pizza and cheesy bread EVER!! The cost of this disaster was way over the top I ordered cheesy bread as a side the dipping sauces included were 2 two ounce tiny cups on an eleven inch cheesy bread ( you would expect dipping sauce in cheesy bread to sufficient to the size of the side) with after having the cheese riddled with burn spots! The pizza itself was completely covered wit cilantro I needed a garden rake to remove it! It filled a quart size zip lock just to get to where I would taste the other toppings and even then it was sub par!! The time of delivery ( promised ) an hour was almost an hour and a half, while the delivery person was polite and followed instruction that was the most positive thing I can say. 6/26/21 Well you lost my business, have orderd from you folks many times. An ex employee of mine and yours turned me on to your company and have loved the food since. Tonight was another story, the worst customer service and representation for anothers business i have ever delt with. From the rude service on the phone,to the non existing help from bozeman to figure out if my order is coming, to the "I'm to busy here, you'll have to wait till tomorrow to get your refund from belgrade. That's your problem." I know its hard to find help,... but customer satisfaction is what keeps you in business. Finally arrived after 2 hrs,not the drivers fault. Good...
