Little Sugar Bistro — Restaurant in Bella Vista

I was really excited when this place opened as BV has been in bad need of a simple breakfast place since Papa Miles closed. Little sugar is overthinking everything. We just want a simple place to eat breakfast.

It’s BV open at 6 or even 7. Opening at 9 is dumb. People here get up early in the morning opening at 9 is ridiculous They have sugar covered bacon. That’s fine but at least offer regular bacon. I’ve asked they don’t have it. It’s not hard. Just have regular bacon They are trying to be cute with fancy shaped plates and bowls. Food falls off the skinny plates. Just have a regular plate nobody cares we just want regular breakfast Turn the dang music down. Half the time the music is blaring. It’s breakfast and not a boom boom club It doesn’t matter because after the first two weeks of people trying it nobody came back. the last two weeks have been empty. So unless they figure out what people want this place is short for the world.

The POA has lost the plot completely. This is the easiest simplest layup of all time just have a basic breakfast restaurant where people can congregate. Average breakfast food is fine. I’ve talked to 50 people who have said they would come here all the time if they would just serve a normal breakfast in the morning. 99 percent of BV residents have already had breakfast before this place opens. Use your head. You are going to get a lot of random people coming here once and never again Coffee is good eggs are good. Everything else is below average. Sausage is inedible. Can’t get regular bacon.

horrible service. staff stands around gabbing. no sense of urgency or even care to accommodate work or provide any customer service. food is void of character institution previously frozen food over priced. It is hard to fail making breakfast but they were able to meet that expectation. 0 / 10 will...
