Bella Vista Historical Museum — Attraction in Bella Vista

Going to the Bella Vista Historical Museum was such a treat for me. It was a walk down memory lane as I remembered what BV was like in the ‘80’s when my parents first brought us to NWA. The volunteer staff were very polite and knowledgeable about all things BV. The museum was closed to the public but had opened for a group of us women from Benton County Extension Homemakers. Nice little museum and kept up well. Surprising number of artifacts. The volunteer at the museum was the real gem. We learned more from her than we ever could have just exploring on our own. Wish we could remember her name. Have a small but packed gift shop and lots of free resources about the trails and such in the area. Not sure I would go out of my way to make the stop here but wouldn't be bad if you're already...

Bella Vista's little museum is a delight! The volunteers are wonderful and the displays are well done. The addition of the cabin and the events that surround it have brought a family friendly place to visit that is close to home.
