Greens One Vacation Homes — Hotel in Bella Vista

We stayed here in September 2018. We reported squirrels crawling through a hole in the soffit as well as chewing holes in the wood. We could hear them running around in the ceiling and even after reporting this, we were never offered to be moved to a different room. Two days later we got out of bed and one ran over the tops of our feet and under the couch. Maintenance men came to remove it, however it then ran under our closed bedroom door. They searched the room and could not find it. Once again, we were never offered to move to another room. As we were packing to leave, (We were not about to stay in a room with a squirrel)the maintenance men came back and found a hole in the ceiling where the squirrels were coming in. They have a huge problem with squirrels. Do not stay here. It ruined our vacation and don't want to see it happen to...

These units were built in about the 60s and I can attest that very little has been done for updates. Some painting and new pictures but no real remodeling. Do you want to sit in a 50 year old hot tub? |Place is somewhat clean but lately you can expect the units to have numerous problems. Latest experience: Master bath faucets have extremely low water flow, wifi only works on one room, shower doors broken, one TV had no batteries in remote. These are things that should easily be identified if there was anyone checking the units before a new guest checks in. | You can get a nice hotel 10 minutes away...

Amazing place to stay! They were very helpful and helped me book my stay within hours of arrival. My villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Lots of trails around. Didn't used any of the amenities so I can't comment on that but overall it was a great experience. Lots of trails and places to visit nearby.

The only thing that I'll say they can improve is that the villa looks very dated. No USB plugs, the electric outlets are very loose and some of the appliances are faulty. But don't let that stop you from...
