I really used to like their food, but their service has been terrible, larely. They had me, and a few of my friends, wait 25 minutes for 5 burgers, a 10-piece chicken nugget, and 2 Cherry Icee's. And, when I asked for an extra plastic bag, with handles on it, bcuz we were walking up the street,(so, I wanted to double bag everything,) I really didn't understand what the big deal was, and I know that I was completely thrown off, and extremely shocked, that the stores very own MANAGER, actually refused to give me one bcuz he said that, "We really don't permit that. We just give out bags, according to what is needed, per order. No extra bags. I'm sorry." I was just like, "Seriously, no on an extra bag, to help keep my food secure, till I get were I'm going? That's just crazy." So, for future reference, and for future customers(of Burger King), if you are walking to, and from, with a hefty order for your family/friends, make sure to bring your own bag(s), and/or any extra sauce(s), bcuz that lady told me it was 75 cents for 1 super small Ranch packet. I was not doing that. And, they literally only give you 2 small packets per 10-piece nugget. I guess(to me, anyways), it's the small things, like that, that count, and can get my full attention, and helps remind me, of the what the difference is, in having good, clean, fast, and friendly service(s), compared to the latter, of poor, slow, unkept, and very rude service(s), like, as described on here, at the Wheeling Island Burger King. So, be grateful of the Restaurants, or Pubs, with the good to great service(s), bcuz without them, you'd never be able to recognize the bad to absolutely terrible service(s) out there. Good...
Read moreGot 2 Whopper Jr's. They were very junior. Smaller than a kiddie burger. Onions were old and transparent. I'll post pics of the baby burger. Spent $10 on $2 worth of food. Staff was friendly, but that was all that was good about my experience.
Just ordered 2 Whopper Jr's. All that came on them was one little tomato and a few onions. No ketchup or pickles. And they're the size of kiddie burgers. And the 2 medium fries were actually small in a medium holder.
Update: I went there today, got 2 of the coldest burgers I've ever recieved, that wasn't from the Bellaire's McDonald's. The onions were see through and looked almost rotted. They replaced the sandwiches, but the lettuce was a nice shade of rotting brown, and had to throw them away. Spent $20+ there for food for me and my youngest son, we will never go back. And by the way, their medium fries are the same size as their large. That was a shock, but not a surprise. I guess BK is going down McDonald's rabbit hole and serving food that needs to end up...
Read moreDear Bellaire Burger King, props on your new face lift. The lobby looks rather swanky. As far as the food goes, a tomato should never be thicker than a burger patty. Where the hell do you get off offering a burger with more fruit than meat. I thought this was America. The rest of my sandwhich was acceptable. All in all, I would rate this place 3 out of 5 stars and my reasoning is that several months ago, I entered your drive thru with intentions of purchasing a delcious A1 burger when the woman on the speaker informed me that you were out of burgers. Furthermore, she then suggested I order chicken. If I wanted chicken I would have gone to KFC. Also, consider building your own water supply so that when I ask for a large soda I am not handed a can of pop. And told that there is a boil order.
Goodnight and have a pleasant...
