Subway — Restaurant in Bellaire

Horrible service from a lady named Tammy.Me and a friend walked in to have a late lunch,there was 3 or 4 people ahead of us and 2 people behind us. With every customer she rolled her eyes when someone said what they wanted on their order and was just rude to everyone getting something to eat. One lady ahead of us asked for 2 dressing on the side to go, she rolled her eyes and made them, then she threw the containers to the cashier. Very rude and unprofessional. Customer before me ordered meatball subs, and she did not wash the knife, she “ cleaned “ it off with a napkin and proceeded to cut my flat bread sub with it......

I eat at this particular subway located in the marathon in bellaire because it's the only close location and quite frankly it's terrible service when it comes to the attitude of the workers. I understand if you're having a bad day or whtevr life throws at you isn't always pleasant, but every time I'm there every worker seems to have a chip on their shoulder? Same with the gas station workers but thts another review....I literally get anxious while placing an order because of the negative feedback and body language. I will be...

I do online orders and it's like they never read the order and give you what you want. I've gotten my bread untoasted multiple times ..ask for a certain dressing on the side and they give you salad dressings instead of the dressing from the bar. Fat free Italian is not golden Italian. I also asked for extra dressing and did not get it nor the Parmesan cheese on my sandwich. It's every single time my order is not what I want.
