Sno-Biz — Restaurant in Bellaire

Been coming here for about 3- years now on and off, I never had any issues other than when ever I get a large they never use enough syrup completely and I usually have to get more. When this happened before, If I needed more syrup because there was none left in my cup they would gladly give me more, or even if I told them I didn’t like the flavor I could just substitute the flavor it was never an issue.. however today was a completely different story. I went back because I needed more syrup because there was none in my cup. I simply asked if I could have another flavor with the little bit of ice that was left in the little bit that is left because I didn’t like the flavor I originally got. The cashier was very VERY rude about it and said they don’t “do that here”… even though I have done this multiple times and there was clearly no syrup left in the cup. Knowing she was looking for an argument and was raising her voice at me I just simply said okay, she then proceeded to poor the syrup I expressed I did not like in my cup with the ice and this time drowning my ice in the syrup. I never once had any problem with snow biz, they have all been very nice however this is my first incident and was very uncalled for and not professional at all . Also, keep in mind they were not busy at all, and you can add a few different syrups they do not charge per syrup so I have no idea why she decided to be so hostile towards...

Always a good experience and this is a bit bias but I have always loved sno-biz because I grew up going here but even still after I moved away when I come back to Bellaire I will always stop at frizzies for the pepperoni rolls and a large shaved ice from sno-biz, that is a delicious combo. I only wish that they would be open all year long. Definitely great after any sport practice or games. Overall great place with a mountain of flavors and haven't had a disappointing experience...

When you walk up to the window to place your order you are greeted with a smile & a warm welcome. Professional, polite, and happy to serve you.
