I deliver for Amazon an temperatures were climbing close to 90 degrees out so needless to say it was a hott one. As I drove by the dairy shed I decided to pop in and give it a try. Usually we have no time for breaks but something told me to sit down and enjoy some me time. So glad I did, although they didn't have the flavor I desired the staff made sure that is was as close as they could get it to my liking. The Dairy Shed is becoming a regular stop for my sister and I when we are out near Bellbrook shopping or whatever is on the schedule for the day. They have great soft serve and the best handmade waffle cones. Their menu also includes other fountain treats and you can get sandwiches as well. It seems to be the place to go on the good weather weekends. It's always busy; even after church on Sunday. I will be sad when they have to close for the cold weather months. I may have stock up on some ice cream sandwiches to tide me over...

This place is cute and on the way from Caesars Creek, a quick little stop if you need an afternoon snack or treat. They had lime dole whip, which tasted like key lime pie, and their shakes are pretty tasty. Prices were reasonable, but had to have them remake my shake correctly, which was a bit of a bummer, and the soft serve machine seemed not at temp as my ice cream had crystals throughout and was still a bit liquidy.
