Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Belleville

I wish I could give this place a no stars. First of all there was drunk guy drinking drinking from a beer can sitting where you wait for your pizza. I placed order 5 minutes earlier over the phone and got there early to wait. I had to call for help by yelling HELLO after two minutes. The drunk guy greated me minutes before the store. At this point I had a stronge urge to leave but already paid.Man came out ask my name for order and took it out of holding case. I was shocked it was ready already but was impressed they were so quick. I paid and started to leave. The drunk Spanish elderly man was saying something to me but I had no ideal what he was saying. IT WAS SO BIZARRE!!!! I started walking to my car when I thought I should check order. Well it was right but it was ice cold, not room tempeture, ice cold. I went back in and Noone was at the register again! There was one waitress I could see and I asked her to get the guy. He came out with a look on his face. I told him the order is ice cold and he took the box from me and walks in the back. I was not sure what just happened, where was he going? He didn't say a word just walked way. At this point I just wanted refund and again had to call to get his attention. He comes out and I tell him and he looked at me as if I was crazy. Keep in mind the drunk guy is rambling the whole time. The Pizza Hut employee told me I can go and he will refund it. I said don't you need my card? I then said no I will wait for refund. He hands me the slip and doesn't say sorry or anything! I was shocked!!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THE WHOLE...

So I placed the order through doordash it was early afternoon and I spent over $30, the food was inedible visually it had very little cheese and almost no marinara sauce on it. The breadsticks were one big rectangular greasy blob! Adding further insult the pizza was clearly spoiled the first bite tasted sour thankfully, I tried the food first before serving it to children and prevented them from getting food poisoning! No wonder Pizza hut's going bankrupt and closing a lot of locations corporate should get rid of this location too! Shame on you, both the employees and the manager that was in charge ! Whoever worked that particular shift that day did not care. The lack of quality had nothing to do with the doordash driver either. Lastly, I personally used to love Pizza Hut but now they use less quality ingredients and changed the recipe of their pizza crust and breadsticks they are not the same as what was sold in the 90s. To receive spoiled food is the final insult and has completely turned me off to the Pizza Hut brand in general I will not patronize any of them regardless of the location! I mean come on how hard is it for you to keep your raw dough and cheeses at the proper temperature it already comes mass-produced all you have to do is put it together as the...

I had to make sure that they had personal pizza which they did so I ordered ahead for that and found out information about there pasta marinara since in a separate situation they didn't have it so I was very glad that it all went well and the food was very much to not only my but my mother's liking that her joy for it had me in tears laughing for how good it was. So, we'll be returning in a few days she loves the supreme and then got a large stuffed crust cheese pizza. I got 2 medium 1 topping pizzas a chicken and meatball plus the pasta like I said before. It come out to a pretty penny but ordering through the app saves you the wait time I just wish they had delivery drivers because when you use those other sites your not going to get much of a selection, you won't get deals they offer, and you will pay more. That I genuinely hate because I don't drive so now you see why I got so much. Anyway hope this help and shop rite is next door if anybody cares when it comes to drinks or whatever. You can't sit or use the bathroom so the supermarket is convenient for that...
