Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I had the misfortune of attending a party at this hall, and it was one of the worst experiences ever. The service was beyond terrible – the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there, and any simple request was met with eye-rolls and attitude.

The hall itself was in bad shape, with dirty floors, broken chairs, and a strange smell that made staying there unbearable. The decorations were tacky and looked like someone put in zero effort. The food? Cold, flavorless, and likely reheated from a week ago.

To make matters worse, the music was either blaring so loudly that no one could hold a conversation or cutting out entirely. The lack of respect and care from the staff made the whole experience even more disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – you’re better off hosting your event somewhere else or even in your own backyard.

Awful Service and Disrespectful Staff – Don’t Waste Your Money!

I had a horrible experience with this venue before I even made it inside. I parked briefly in their lot just to go in and ask for pricing, and one of the staff members – a very disrespectful lady – came out and started yelling at me. She used extremely rude words and told me I couldn’t park there, claiming it was private parking. The worst part? There was no sign anywhere indicating it was private parking, so how was I supposed to know?

If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they treat their actual guests. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. Judging by this interaction alone, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for a venue where the staff actually respects and...

AMAZING hall with PERFECT accomodations from Teresa and her son, Robin. We were instantly pleased with the size and layout of the venue. They have A/C, Wifi, Bluetooth speakers throughout the entire place, and a MASSIVE Smart TV to play anything you want, as well as two beautiful, clean bathrooms for men and women. Teresa was very easy to work with and she has a very positive, dependable energy around her. It was always easy to get in touch with her son Robin if we had any questions related to the TV or Wifi. We're glad we paid extra to have Teresa do all the decorations for the hall and all the tables; it was a huge relief for us and allowed us to focus on other things, knowing that the place would already be beautifully setup once we got there. THANK YOU; you both made this whole process so easy for us, and we had an AMAZING event...
