Finally leaving a review after a coworker recommended this place. Absolutely delicious Grandma pie. I mean DELICIOUS. Why am I not giving them a 5 star? A few things to look out for when picking up order haha…

Make sure you push yourself to the front. If you think they’ll honor the queue it ain’t gonna happen. I’m pretty sure my grandma pie was given to someone else after waiting longer than that person who came in AFTER me.

Make sure you check your food before leaving. After waiting for some time I finally got my food and left. Wife and kids waiting in the car starving and when we got home they forgot our dozen order of garlic knots.

There was a lady working the counter who was very lovely and I remember hearing her say “he’s also waiting on garlic knots” after she asked me if I was still waiting…. and they forgot. I called back and I’m pretty sure I heard the same lady make sure they deliver my two orders of garlic knots. Waited 20 mins but it eventually came. Again what a lovely lady.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, side of sausage and a chicken Caesar salad. The salad was ok. The rest of the food was very bland. No taste at all. Skip it!

Ok, so I'm back for the last time. Everybody kept saying, oh the pizza! Oh the pizza! So I thought, ok maybe the pizza sauce is different from the red sauce they use on the rest of their food. Well, it's not! Just as bland and tasteless as all of their other food. A total waste of money. Also, ordered an antipasto salad with Italian dressing. They send balsamic vinaigrette! I gotta tell everybody, I can't make this s**t up! I called and said to the girl, that I wanted Italian dressing and you sent balsamic vinaigrette. She says, that's our Italian! Well Italian dressing, both regular and creamy is NOT made with balsamic vinegar. Period! So I say again, skip this overpriced, tasteless hole in the wall. I really tried, but nah,...

I’m gonna just get straight to the point, this was my first and absolute last time ordering from here. I gave them a benefit of the doubt under the circumstances at these times that it will take them 2 hours to deliver to an address 4-5 mins away.....but how can you possibly excuse cold, flavorless and mashed up pizza???.....

not to mention the most inedibly soft panini and soggy onions rings that combined together???? I had a cold drink out from when I called them and they said it left out to me that became warmer than the actual “brick oven” pizza, hows that even possible????

I called the store prior to writing this review to let them about this experience and to maybe let me know if this is not how normal business is, but they simply brushed me aside and closed the line.....so much for supporting small businesses that are supposed to be part of our community...
