Please stay away from this place as soon as possible. I bought a 2025 Maverick X3 about three weeks ago. A representative named Ayman, who was kind enough to us at that moment so we could close the deal with her, simply lied to our faces without hesitation and showed us another vehicle with all the extras, a 2024 model with 200 hp, a vehicle that really looks on a very different level and is indeed eye-catching. I then asked her several times what the difference was between the price of the vehicle you showed me on display and the new vehicle that needs to be built, and she told me unequivocally "There is no difference except for the extras that are installed on the vehicle shown. That's why the car from the showroom cost 31 thousand and the new car costs 22 thousand without any extras." Of course, we preferred to take the car without the extras and improve it only with what we needed. And again, I emphasize, we were asked several times if there was a difference between the two cars and she told me no! There is no difference except for the extras I chose. The question was asked about 15 times in the transaction because each time the representative could not give me an accurate answer or I had to go check and confirm that there was indeed no difference. So we built the car we dreamed of with the extras we wanted and closed a deal worth almost 36 thousand and we were happy that we closed something we wanted so much and built it before the requirements and we trusted the representative because she was nice and it seemed like she really came to help us and do everything for us. The next day we even brought another customer to her to get a quote because we were so satisfied and we even bought another part for almost $500 for our car as well. I was assured by the representative that the delivery to the customer would be between 5-7 business days and I would receive the The car. More than 12 business days have passed and I have not received the car. In addition, I came twice to check what was happening and when I was supposed to receive it and they promised me that the car would be ready on Tuesday and Wednesday and I would come and pick it up. The mistake was that I did not check and did not look at what I was signing because the same seller lied to me that there was no difference between the tools they showed me! I opened the car's title and looked. It turns out that she placed an order, and not by mistake, for another model that I was not promised at all with 135 hp. A vehicle that looks very small and not as impressive as the one shown to me in the display and certainly not what we discussed in the deal!!! I spoke with the branch manager, who was very nice and polite by the way, and I explained to him that my employee had defrauded me and it was explained to me that there was nothing to be done and that this was the vehicle with which I signed the deal and it was lost! There are no cancellations, no refunds, and nothing! I explained to the manager that I know the law and that I am going to contact the bank and cancel the fraudulent transaction that was made here and it was decided that they would offer me to pay the difference on the new vehicle plus 12k because that is the difference between the vehicles!! It does not make sense to me that a representative does everything to sell even if it means pleasing the customers sitting in her booth and the mistake was discovered and we still have to bear the consequences that that representative did not by mistake but on purpose from the beginning! Because she knew exactly what they were offering us and intentionally knew exactly what I meant and tried to distort things in order to make a deal.. Do yourself a favor and get away from this place as soon as possible. You are served the sting with a smile. Thank you Motorcycle Mall. You did a successful sting and a lot of work for my lawyer. See you in court! To the rest of you who are interested, please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this place! Today I fell for the trap, tomorrow it could...

I'm writing to share an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with my brand new 2024 Yamaha R7 purchased from Motorcycle Mall in Belleville, NJ. As a 20-year-old making my first motorcycle purchase, I was excited to enjoy summer rides, but instead, I am dealing with significant issues.
Purchase and Initial Problems:
I purchased my 2024 Yamaha R7 on June 8, 2024. From the moment I picked up the bike, I treated it with utmost care, ensuring not to stall it or exceed 5000 RPM. However, approximately two weeks and 400 miles later, I began noticing a loud clicking/banging noise emanating from the right side of the gearbox when in neutral with the clutch engaged. Realizing this noise was far from normal, I immediately pulled over and recorded a video for documentation.
I then took the bike to a friend’s place – he’s a professional mechanic with 20 years of riding experience – to get his expert opinion. He confirmed that such a noise should never be present on a brand-new bike and that it was likely causing significant damage.
Shifting Issues and Initial Dealership Response:
On my way to my friend’s, I also encountered severe shifting issues. The bike got stuck in 1st or 2nd gear and refused to go into neutral, no matter how much force I applied. These shifting issues persisted all the way from Brooklyn to the dealership when I brought the bike in later that same day. My mechanic was alarmed by the noise and the shifting problems, agreeing that something was seriously wrong.
I contacted Motorcycle Mall the same day, described the issues in detail, and sent them the video. They instructed me to bring the bike in for a checkup. Upon arrival, they informed me that they would conduct a full diagnosis, which I had to pay for. The bike was scheduled for a check a week later. When I followed up, they told me the bike was ready for pick-up and that the technician had resolved the issue. They claimed the clutch needed adjustment and that the bike was now shifting fine, with no noises from the gearbox. They charged me approximately $100 for this "fix/diagnosis."
Unresolved Issues and Inadequate Dealership Response:
I traveled from Brooklyn to New Jersey to pick up my bike. When I arrived, I asked for details about the issue. They reiterated that the clutch had been readjusted and that the technician had test-ridden the bike without noticing any problems. They handed me my keys, and I went to check out the bike. To my dismay, upon starting the bike and engaging the clutch in neutral, I heard the same loud banging noise. I called over the service worker who had assured me the bike was fixed. He acknowledged the noise and simply told me to leave the bike there again, then walked away without any further explanation or assistance.
Feeling completely frustrated and let down, I recorded another video of the noise in the Motorcycle Mall parking lot to document that the problem persisted despite their claims of having fixed it. The next day, I called to speak to a manager as I had lost all trust in the service department. I was told that my information and issue had been passed on to the manager and that I would receive a call soon. However, it has now been a week, and I have not received any calls. Each time I call, they promise to update me, but I never get any follow-up.
Conclusion:
The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I purchased a brand-new bike expecting to enjoy summer rides, but instead, I am dealing with what seems to be a defective or lemon motorcycle. I feel that Motorcycle Mall is not treating this issue with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. The fact that they charged me for a "fix" that did not resolve the problem adds to my frustration.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a motorcycle from Motorcycle Mall. The handling of this situation has been completely unprofessional and has left me deeply...

i had the valves checked by a shop in march of 2023 in colorado. valves were in spec. no adjustment or any other maintenance performed.
7 months later.....
In october of 23 my bike developed a ticking sound and sat due to trainings and getting ready to pcs (military). So I said I’ll bring it to a shop in New Jersey before i leave and while I’m over seas and since the shop is near my parents house, they can check up on it if need be.
March of 2024 I dropped the bike off to motorcycle mall due to a ticking sound in the motor like I mentioned. Shop confirmed it was a shim that fell through the motor. the tech (ricardo i believe) their "top tech" assured there was no additional internal damage which is good news.
Fast forward to December of 2024 (9 months they had my bike)
The week before the 18th the shop called my dad and said the bike was ready. I come home for holiday vacation (dec 18 I came home) I picked the bike up DEC 19. Rode it home like normal. On the way home my dad said the bike was blowing clouds of smoke from the exhaust. I thought it was old gas burning off. I called the shop and spoke to Eric and he said "the tech said its assembly fluid, it will burn off, put more miles on it." I even emailed Eric a video of the smoke from the exhaust and smoke coming from the header. I parked it for the winter on a battery tender and had to go back overseas for 4 more months.
now its april of 2025 and I moved to North Carolina. the bike is still smoking. the oil sight glass had zero oil showing. I did an oil change, rode the bike and it burned maybe a quart of oil in 15 miles. It’s bad….
I contacted eric in service and explained the situation again. I told him the bike is burning oil (excessive amount). I mentioned the quart of oil that all was left in the motor. I mentioned if i kept riding ( your advice to do so) the motor would have blown up. he seemed to not really understand the severity of the situation. i mentioned can i bring it to a certified yamaha dealer and they can diagnose it and invoice the them (motorcycle mall) so they can pay for it, or give me a refund or help me out. He said he would talk to the service manager and give me a call back the next day. I waited 2 days and HAD to call them back.
This is where i knew i messed up doing business with them.
when i called, Eric said he had spoke with the service manager and mentioned "trailer the bike back to Jersey." i asked "if there would be a fee because they worked on it last." Eric said " i would have to charge you a $395 diag fee plus any work that needs to be done." I said "that is absurd $395 for something your "TOP TECH" did wrong. the bike wasnt burning oil when given to you and now it is." not to mention i have to rent a trailer, gas, and tolls. Motorcycle mall is putting the blame on the shop that checked my valves for poor maintenance and thats why the bike is smoking because something else is wrong. when in march of 2024, Eric had assured there was no other damage. if there was more damage why wasn't i briefed about it. Eric then mentioned its been sometime since i picked up the bike, well did he forget i was overseas? not to mention again they had my bike for 9 months. if it was smoking when given back to me they are completely wrong for that. I have a feeling their "top tech" messed up, didn’t wanna fix it, and wanted me to ride it, so I’m out of warranty and charge me again for work.
i spent roughly under $2k for a "semi-completed" job to have a non running bike in return. so now i either have another shop fix their mistake and pay more or play tag with the motorcycle mall and their service department in hopes for some type of...
