Happy Garden — Restaurant in Bellevue

I've tried food here a handful of times since they changed owners. I have yet to like anything I've ordered. Tonight, I placed an order and my boyfriend went to pick it up. They never asked for a name or phone number, but then gave him the wrong order. He got home and I saw it was not correct, so I went back up. I told them it was the wrong order and the lady immediately started to argue. Then she told me my order was not ready. The person whose order I was given came in and they tried to give him the food I brought back, and he obviously and understandably did not want an order someone took and brought back. So they remade his order before mine was even done the first time. The lady then demanded I pay again for my order. Then she said I could pay the difference, even though I had to come back up and get the right order. The guy cooking came up and kept telling me that I was on camera, even though I was not yelling or otherwise making a scene, I just wanted to know why they just handed out an order without verifying it was the right person, and why I would have to pay a second time. There were 3 other people that had not been waited on the entire 20 minutes I was in there. And to top it off, the food was extremely disappointing. My lo mein tasted burnt and the rice just tasted like salt. The general tso's chicken we ordered had no flavor, and neither did the pepper steak. I've given this place several chances, and will not make that mistake again. The old owners moved out of state, but they knew how to run a business and their food was wonderful. Terrible service, ordered food and went to pick it up. When I got there, there was no power but our food was ready. We paid with a credit card and she wrote down my information. Then she calls me back a few days later and left of message stating "NO MONEY! GONNA CALL COPS!" She wrote the card number down wrong and blamed it on me, even though she took the card and wrote the numbers down herself. That's my problem she messed up how? NEVER AGAIN...

Food was OK but where I am from has much better Chinese food for a much better price. For the price which was more then pretty much any other Chinese place in a 30 mile range I was expecting alot bigger portion and instead got a smaller portion then other places with cheaper and better food. Over all though if your to lazy to travel to get a better deal the food is still...
