Rayz Route 20 ( Bellevue ) — Restaurant in Bellevue

We ordered hamburgers and fries. The waitress asked if we wanted the hamburgers pink inside. I told a little pink and was excited to be getting a great home made, fresh burger. Instead we got burgers that were about a 1/4 inch thick and still had press marks in them that you could tell had been frozen. They lacked any kind of taste other than being freezer burned. On the plus side the fries were awesome! I also wished they would of offered a combo basket of fried mushrooms, onions and cheese curds. Instead each one was about $7. I mentioned this to the waitress and she just side snidely "I know". She also forgot napkins and sugar for my tea. They also offered seafood but I cant imagine it would be that good considering they cant even make a fresh burger.

I would not recommend this place at all. Unless you want great fresh fries and...

The food is always excellent here but last time we ordered out they forgot our order. So we had to reorder which OK it happens then my food was wrong when I brought it up there was little remorse or care just excuses and them telling me the mess up was good food to just try it implying I should just take it. At this point I didn't want to waste anymore time and wait for the correction, we took the food home and out of 5 people Noone wanted it so we threw it away and got taco bell instead... Food excellent, customer service this time around horrible.

Cool spot in downtown Bellevue. Inside seat about 50, nice well stocked bar with several beers on draft.

Food was ok. Lake Erie preach sandwiches with a bit over cooked, but edible. We had apps (mushrooms, pickles, onion rings). They were salty but good. Homemade ranch was on point!

Service was sketchy. Young woman waiting on us had an anxiety attack and had to go to the bathroom suddenly. The other server said it was due to “drama” outside of work. We had to self serve table ware and to go boxes.
