DISAPPOINTED to say the least! This crew failed to "Lettuce meat olive my eggspectations" (their sign's saying, notmine) but got us to return one last time (I promise). We figured a visit to the neighborhood sandwich shop to support local restaurants would be a good thing; unfortunately, we fell victim to skimpy Management policy at the drive through, of course!! I decided to return to the Subway shop for a redo order because when I called the crew about my drive through screw up, they asked what I wanted them to do. While this crew wanted to give us extra value, all I wanted was a sandwich with the toppings of MY Choice, not theirs. The uncut footlong tuna order skimped on the extra meat we paid for, added lettuce we did want, and only included seven olive slicess on my banana pepper side.
The teenage team follows their Management training & says two tuna scoops IS a double meat serving size. HOWEVER, their scooping device was miniature (you decide). I shared both halves of the second footlong with three tuna scoops on each side - not my idea of value, especially for the 'PRO' designation. Poor guy wasn't comfortable remaking an order contrary to his training but wanted to appease me. I explained coming back to get the sandwich redone is what angered me, not his sandwich craftsmanship. The older teammate conveniently found other tasks to do until my sandwich was finished and I left.
Try these suggestions Subway: lowered the music volume in this store so the customers' desires are easily understand without making them SHOUT over the music; if the General Manager can't get good help, try cutting your operating hours, not service, products, or product quality. For our Google Maps Mobile App community & users, try any other sandwich shop, especially if you're considering a drive through visit, unless you live in a nearby neighborhood and have extra time to wait for a...
Read moreI have a family member who has a contact allergy to corn and corn products and we were asking to see the ingredients in the roast beef and the assistant manager said that there was not an ingredient list on the box. I asked her if we could check the box for ourselves (yes,we have to be that careful!!)and she became irritated and left and returned and slammed the box down on the counter. There was an ingredient list on the box and the roast beef did have corn product in it(corn syrup solids)! My family member was opting not at subway because of how irritated the assistant manager was acting. Then a young man who was also working behind the counter, Nick, stepped up and said that he would be willing to run back and bring up ingredient labels for my family member to see if there was something that was safe for them to eat. He willingly did multiple laps to the back for us and we found the chicken breast was safe to eat. YAY!! Nick then gloved up multiple times and went and got a fresh knife to make sure that there was no cross contamination from products that would have made my family member have a reaction. Being able to have lunch out together was awesome!! Thank You, Nick for making that possible!!..because of Nick and not withstandung the rudeness of the assistant manager we will...
Read moreIt had been awhile since I’ve eaten at a Subway. So, I thought why not give it a try. I needed something in a hurry as my son had after school activities I wanted to be at. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the touch screen to order from the drive through. I thought surely they can’t get it wrong, it’s fool proof. Just follow what was ordered on the screen. He asked if I wanted my receipt, to which I said no, because I trusted the process and was sure it was right. WRONG! Unfortunately the sandwich was missing the ranch sauce and well a sauce is everything when it comes to a dry sandwich. The chips were regular Lay’s when I asked for baked Lay’s. The Diet Coke I got was so flat I spit it in my kitchen sink and dumped it down the drain. I called them to notify them of their mistakes and for sure to check the Diet Coke so no one gets sick. I was asked if I had my receipt and said no. This was a huge problem for them. Without my receipt they couldn’t help me. Well, I drove there gave them back their food and got my receipt. I will not try Subway again. I am contacting corporate because I want a full refund. I did not get what I paid for. Please note the teenage boys behind the counter we’re not rude. Just miss educated, misguided, and need...
