I would have loved to give this place a good review as I typically love first watch but this location was overall not a very good experience for me. The moment I walked through the door the energy I received was an uninviting one. It felt like I was being rushed out the door since I had stepped foot in the place. I arrived an hour to 45 minutes before close which I understand is on me but I’ve gone to other breakfast restaurants around the same time and been given exceptional service. When I had ordered food neither me or my partner got what we had ordered and the food came out soggy and Luke warm. I payed an extra 4 dollars on something I didn’t even want in the first place. The waitress had only come by our table to hand us the check, didn’t ask if we enjoyed our meal. My partner overheard other waitresses complaining behind us. I typically am a great tipper and will tip 50% if I get good food and good service and felt sad that I didn’t get just that because I truly wanted to tip the hardworking waitress well but she was just so short with us the whole time. I definitely won’t be coming to this...

Came back recently for breakfast to a lukewarm meal.

Bacado 3 stars I wouldn't order it again. The bacon wasn't appealing for me. The avocado wasn't very even through it so many bites were void of it. They just have better options. The potatoes today were not cooked through.

The triathlete 4 stars This was better though not a star option. It was a good solid option at opposed to the bacado.

Previous review Kale tonic and watermelon drink are both good. 4 stars

Beautifully presented food in a bright and airy setting, served by attentive wait staff. This location got it all right for our visit today. Server was knowledge and had plenty of recommendations ready. Food was prepared nicely. Prices are fair for what you receive. We sat for a long time chatting afterwards. Our server continued to check up on us. I ordered off the special menu. Their matcha pancakes were done well. I did not notice they were multi grain (ie healthy pancakes). I've been there several times since. A solid choice for breakfast and...

Normally I'm happy with the service but today was far from ideal. We were seated promptly but then quickly forgotten. It 2as almost 10 minutes before we were offered anything to drink, let alone what we wanted to eat. Once someone showed up, we ordered our meal and drink. Another 10 to 15 minutes passes and Another server comes up and asks if anyone has helped us. Others who came in AFTER us were served before us. Water and coffee finally arrives. We point out one glass was dirty...stuff was stuck to the bottom on the inside of the glass...GROSS!!! Door arrives and we open out wrapped eating utensils and find more food caked on a spoon..DISGUSTING!!! Now the food was fantastic. Was extremely happy with our meal. We saw our, guessing assigned server, a total of 3 time. To take drink and food order Providing our food and drink To hand us the bill and ask.."How was everything?" Overall I'm shocked how poor service ran. Food was as I had expected...Fantastic. if the service could match the meal...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would be easy....

This place is batting 0 for 3 with me. I had their "Cajun" shrimp & grits today, which were terrible. You can tell they're out of their depth when it comes to legit Cajun cuisine. Tossing too much "bulk Cajun seasoning" on everything just makes it taste gross...plus, it not only shows a lack of understanding of Cajun food, but also a complete lack of respect for the Cajun culture. The shrimp were gross and the grits were an under-seasoned insult. FYSA, putting buzzwords like "low-country" on the menu sets a certain epicureous expectation, but it was instead followed by unseasoned mush they tried to mask with overcooked onions and bell peppers. Places like this actually make me mad because they can't stay in their lane and they actively choose to sell garbage Cajun flavor to customers that don't know any better. It's an insult. I'm officially wiping my hands of this place. The last two times were bad, but this just shows how little they actually care about what they're serving to our community.

First time eating here my partner and I wanted to try this restaurant..went up to the hostes said hello and asked to be seated at a booth we ended up at a table she did not listen to a word she just set the menus on the table and walked away without saying a word. So we just decided to sit and wait..our server was good is have nothing to say except excelente job..im sorry i wish I could of left you a bigger tip.....what what I'm upset about is the the food it could of been better way better.. I ordered the golden cinnamon roll that was amazing ,the eggs Benedict my partner did not care for the hollandaise sauce also the omelet that I had was cold tasteless the potatoes on both orders were burnt the kitchen needs to do better either they are understaffed or they just don't care.... again please do better we are all struggling and tired I understand
