9/7/2022 BYE CARL'S Ok, so it's a year later, and I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves. Needless to say they MESSED UP once again. 😢😢😢. SO SAD. I Ordered a Double cheese burger with Lettuce and Tomato. Specifically requested Everything FRESH. WELL DONE. Paid $4.07 for the little burger. It was OLD & COLD. LOOKED IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. CHEESE WAS STALE. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO the old Mgr MARIO and he did not make it any better. He has a NASTY ATTITUDE. Ask me to bring it back. I advised him I had the it in the trash. He was very Argumentive. THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT CARL'S JR EVER. ITS HARD TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS. THIS CARL'S JR IS NOT WORTHY OF YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED.
On 7/28/21 Husband & I went thru Drive Thru. We ordered 2 Fresh BLT RANCH CHIC COMBOS (sub fries for Onion Rings). They had us pull to the front and they would bring it out. IT TOOK FOREVER. More than 25 mins. The Mgr came out with ONLY ONE Combo. Went back to get the other. I req'd 2 cakes for Inconvenience. He said he would only give 1. (He really didn't want to give that)You messed up 2 combos it should have been 2 cakes. The sandwich was fresh & Nasty. Came with no ketchup no fork. We paid almost $24.00 for that Nasty Experience. I will not go back anytime soon. We saw other ppl going back in with thier bags of food also. It appeared they had Messed up thier food orders also. Lousy Service. UUGH. Mgr said they had given our order to someone else by accident. Ok, whose fault was that? We were treated like it was or fault. No time soon do I plan to return. Read moreThis location needs to step it up. Every single time I’ve come to this place they’ve messed up my order. Usually it’s just old and cold fries. Once it was rock hard chicken stars that weren’t even edible. Today I ordered 2 big carls 1 with tomato the other with tomato and onion. I roll up to the window and I see employees talking completely ignoring me. The food finally comes and the dude just hands it to me completely forgetting to ask for payment. I could have left with free food but I told him I didn’t pay yet. After getting my order I wish I didn’t pay. My fries were old and lukewarm. I get home and both burgers had tomato but it was literally one tiny slice each barely enough to cover a quarter of the burger, if that. And there wasn’t any onion. I usually don’t write reviews but seeing how this place is a repeat offender I was compelled. Unfortunately I must stop coming to this location and I warn others to think twice before wasting your money. Train the staff better and/or hire people who can read an order screen. Read moreI order today 05/19/2025 , at 2:30pm but normally I order twice at week on this location and for the past week and today Monday 05/19/2025 the person who gets my orders was Lyndon and I really appreciate how fast he give me my order but I appreciate more because , I change my one order after he make it and without any issues he said don't worry I will change it , Thank you man , and that is a great Cars'l Jr customer service 👍🏼 , and I recommend Lyndon to everyone , and gets your orders with Lyndon , because if you have a mistake or you for get to ask for ketchup or you need more condiments he will said yes and he will remaining you if you need more condiments , when he give you , your order at the window , and he is very friendly and fast he is a exelente worker , but a worker Justin I know it is taking shit about Lyndon but like we all know people , the envy in any work is the frustration of the people who work with us .
