Del Taco — Restaurant in Bellflower

I went through the drive through at the Del Taco in Bellflower( Clark and Rosecrans) at about 7 pm, 9/3/20. I ordered a burrito combo, fries and Lemonade and a crispy chicken taco. I asked for hot sauce, catsup and salt. When I got my food at the window, the fries were cold and soggy and I asked for some new, hot fries. The replacement fries were a little hotter, not much. I got home about 10 minutes later and the fries did not stay warm. The burrito and the chicken taco were not even close to warm. And, I got 2 kinds of hot sauce, 1 packet of salt and zero catsup. Tried to call them to complain about their service and the quality of their food, the only phone number for them was on fax mode. This kind of service and poorly cooked food results in a “never go back there again” attitude. I did not eat the good or fries, but the lemonade was good. You guys want to keep your newly remodeled Del Taco turning a profit? Try giving better customer service and don’t hand out cold food. I give you a...

I worked at the hospital across the street from this Del Taco for over 15 years before moving to the new hospital. Years ago it was actually managed very well, with polite, efficient staff. I don't go here much anymore because it isn't as convenient, but the times I have taken lunch here, the drive thru wait times were unbearable. I thought maybe I should leave the car in the drive thru lane and walk into the restaurant so as to get served sooner. This Del Taco has gone downhill since I used to frequent it. I would advise going to another location or another restaurant.

Update: I went back there again. Drive thru. Ordered a #4 (burger, fries, drink). Got to the window, paid and got my bag. Easy right? As I drove away, I reached in for some fries and realized they gave me 2 tacos instead of a burger. I went inside and the person that took my order said she heard #1.

I just picked up my food I probably shouldn’t of. I asked if I could use the restrooms the men’s restroom was out of order they said it was flooded so I asked if I could use the women’s restroom. Since I’m a diabetic I had to go. To my surprise there was trash everywhere, the stall said don’t use yet the door was opened with trash everywhere. The second stall had a seat cover with urine covering the seat and trash on the floor. I informed one of the cashiers to tell the manager, “their bathrooms is a reflection of their kitchen, dirty bathroom dirty kitchen!!!” They need to clean it.
