Starbucks — Restaurant in Bellflower

I went to Starbuck and order a drink with extra caramel. I was in the drive thru for this transaction. When I got to the window to retrieve my drinks. I was giving my drink that was not what I asked for. The cashier gave me my drink and she never say anything to be about my drink I ordered. I had to ask the cashier that I did not get the drink I ask for. So the cashier tells me that they just run out of caramel. But if I did not say nothing to the cashier then I would of been charge for something that I did not get. I request a refund and I noticed on my refund receipt amount of my drink and my extra caramel was refund. SMH .. Be aware check your receipt. I will not be returning to...

This was my go to location because it’s so close to home but as of today we will be going elsewhere. It’s the second time we order hot drinks here and they taste water down. First time we ordered chai latte and it taste like warm soy milk with a slight hint of chai. We also ordered a white peppermint mocha and it taste like a regular mocha not even white mocha. The workers then greet you when you walked in .. a customer was in front of me and I thought he already ordered because he was standing there for a while and nobody said anything to him come to find out nobody even taking his order.. and then the barista that took his order looks as if he did not want to be there.... This is a brand new pretty Starbucks and it's literally across the street from my house !but the way the service was I would rather drive to the one in Cerritos next to Crumbles then to drive across...
