I get pretty severe migraines mainly due to weather pressure and oddly one of the main cures for giving me enough relief for it to chill is the fries with extra salt and a huge amount of full sugar coke. A shockingly good preventative is the cold brew, but hey I’m not complaining about having to eat something that tastes good to get relief from a migraine lol
During the weird weather months of the year I’m going through the drive through or dash an unfortunate amount, more than I’d like to admit, but with the weather changes I think my insurance should pay for my Wendy’s as if it was medication at this point.
Everytime I go through the drive through for coffee in the morning before my work days to combine with excedrin the staff is always super nice and friendly. Every time they make my coffee the same (frosty cream cold brew) which does make a huge difference with the ratio because migraine food science is super picky.
When I have to pick up fries and coke mid day I always ask for extra salt and they always make sure to get it and never forget it which really means a lot when I know that by the time I get home my motor skills will be gone 10 minutes later and I won’t be able to use a salt shaker and I know the exact amount of packets to use every time. I have never left this location with them forgetting something I’ve asked for and that’s huge- no matter what location or other food place I’m at it always feels like they forget something when it seems small like that.
I will also often have to DoorDash food from this location due to the same reasons and I’ve never had an issue. Everything is always packed well and comes warm.
Also the staff- I know some reviews here say they’ve had issues, I’ve personally never had an issue with the staff and they’ve always been very sweet and helpful to me. I always get a compliment on my hair or one of my piercings and that’s really appreciated when I’m having a bad day.
Overall on the food I’ve never had issues either, this is just more about how much I appreciate the staff for being so kind and this location for its convenience since I’m...
Read moreI have been a regular at this location for the past 5 months.
Over the course of this time, I have overheard the staff in the kitchen being incredibly vulgar and insulting. I've heard many racist and homophobic jokes and remarks from the dining room. I've also overheard the staff insult me directly and it's quite frankly just a very immature atmosphere. I had recently received an order that had hair in it... And when I asked for extra pickles, there were 7 on the sandwich total, with 4 of them stacked in the center like a tower. It's was almost like effort was put into the neglect...
I wrote a review about this incident and ever since, I have been asked to leave during my visits. The General Manager Tom, will walk up to my table, grab my tray in an almost snatching motion, and coldly tell me it's time for me to leave. An absolutely childish reaction stemming from what I can only perceive to be a bruised ego...
The restroom is disgusting. I don't think they ever clean it regularly.... Every. Single. Time. I enter that bathroom, I find myself spending time cleaning feces off the toilet seat before I have the bravery to sit down. I have never once seen toilet seat covers in there... And there's often a puddle of God knows what liquid resting on the floor...
I've spent years in the restaurant industry and have been an aspiring manager myself. I have very rarely ever encountered such a poorly managed store with employees that seem to do as they please and never clean the place...
Some of them seem very kind and genuine. I hope they are smart enough to see their value and find something more suitable for them.
But...
Read more35 minutes from walking into the front door of the establishment until I walked out with only a half order salad and an ice water, the drive thru was at a literal stand still Soo after 10 minutes of not moving an inch I went inside (big mistake) the front counter person Tyler a younger guy was taking orders as well as sending out trays he was doing a fabulous job trying to please everyone, he inquired to the cook who screamed at him very unprofessionally it wasn't his problem he didn't make the salad! Everyone in the restaurant heard him I was so astounded I pointed to the manager and said I want my currency back as well as my food cause this is ridiculous! After I was refunded (I slipped the whole amount of returned money into there donation box at the register) I told the manager communication is key in which a few patrons remarked yes it is! Told him good day and left I don't care if it's just Wendy's take pride in your establishment PERIOD!! TYLER YOUR DOING A GREAT JOB MARK THE MANAGER YOU NEED MORE TRAINING YOUR MANAGEMENT SKILLS ARE DEFINITELY...
