Edit after talking to them: First off reception 5 stars, massage therapist 4-5 stars(I only know 1, but he says the rest are good) Context: I personally know one of the massage therapist and he does great work with old injuries, that is the reason I booked him.
When I was called by their operations manager I was told the booking was canceled for an industry standard policy for friends/family, because I know the therapist I can't book him. I was told the cancelation was done wrong as I should have been added to the wait list, this way I would have gotten notice, after being canceled, fair mistakes happen. The main problem is/was still: Lack of communication of this policy on their website, booking/intake forms, or from Tori during/after cancelation of the booking as they made the decision to cancel. None of the staff had heard of this policy before this, except Tori who was not there by the time I got there. This appears to be one, if not the only, "industry standard policy" not listed anywhere on the website or forms provided by the nationwide franchise who appears to be very on top of listing other policies about who/when/why a session/massage can be ended/canceled on all the legal paperwork you sign during booking.
Maybe this standard policy not being on the website and forms is an overlook by the franchise and I hope it is updated to be available somewhere, and that communication about cancelations and policies are improved in the future.
Original: I got both confirmation email and text, both I responded to and got notice I was confirmed. Then on my appointment day I show up and find out I'm not scheduled, with 0 notice or update and the reason given for canceling was not because the masseuse wasn't available or sick, they were there and available until they later got scheduled for someone else at 5:30p instead. I was canceled on Tori's direction, and not notified due to Tori's complete...
Read moreBeware of this place. It's like the Hotel California. You can sign up anytime you like but you can never leave.
They've charged me almost $1000 over the last year and won't let me cancel this membership. Whenever I ask them to do that, they tell me I can pause or if not, I'll have to jump all these hoops to stop and there will be consequences and I'll lose all my saved sessions within 60 days.
I stopped going because their masseuse harmed me physically almost a year ago. The injuries took over a week to heal and I didn't make a thing of it at the time, but the fact that they literally will not let me quit and the fact they're STILL charging me (I had another charge for 6/1/25), is rather egregious. Would not recommend.
When I tried to quit AGAIN on May 24, I again got the quasi-threatening language and then I got escalated to a manager who wants to speak with me directly. I'm sure they do, as phone calls don't leave a paper trail, and at this point, everything needs to be in writing. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau, as this is predatory and...
Read moreI got a massage at Elements for the first time last week and I'm so glad I did. I was welcomed right from the start from Tori and Brianna.
Brianna gave me a tour and ensured I knew what to expect, until my therapist, Jerry took me back to begin. He really listened and cared for the reason I was coming in and areas to pay attention to. The massage was both relaxing and super effective. Lying on the heated bed, taking a deep breath of the lavender aroma therapy set the tone. I asked Jerry to use CBD oil enhancement which was also a first. Though, if I lived here I would request that regularly for a thorough therapeutic experience.
Overall, if you're looking for a great massage, definitely check Elements out. The place was really neat and tidy, and as soon as you go back to the massage rooms the lights are dim and you hear peaceful music throughout. I felt so much better after and got to take home extra lavender scent and CBD oil. Thanks for the...
