KFC — Restaurant in Belton

I am reporting the unsatisfactory service I received at the KFC located at 326 S. Main Street, Belton, SC (Restaurant #L765024) on July 23, 2024. Despite placing my order at 7:15pm, I encountered significant delays and poor treatment from the staff. Initially asked to pull up and wait, I was later directed to park in a designated area, which I deemed unsafe. The cashier's demeanor turned rude and unprofessional, denying my request for a $14.27 refund. I was advised that refunds are not permitted, despite the absence of clear signage. I requested to speak with a manager, who identified themselves as the same individual and reaffirmed the no-refund policy. I pursued a refund in person, highlighting the lack of clear signage, and ultimately received my money back. So when we got to the intercom to order our food the girl said one moment pls. After about 45 mins of waiting she asked for our order. We ordered a famous mashed potatoe bowl, popcorn chicken and nacho fries. When we got to the window to pay for our order the young lady was already talking reckless about a customer and on her cellphone. Then she proceeded to say my bad, your total is X amount. She then fixed a fountain drank and left it there so the soda continued to run completely over. She then went to get our food which took another 15 mins. There was another lady at the counter in the store running her mouth the whole time and not helping out. Soooo after we got our food after an hour in line all together, the nacho fries we ordered were actually regular fries, and the mashed potatoe bowl was old with old chicken and saran wrap verse a lid. So the bowl was at the bottom of the bag so it got completely squashed. We won't be going back to this KFC in Belton. The are the absolute worst!!! If i could give zero...

Heather who works at the Belton KFC is one of the finest people I've ever met! I was waiting on my food and my battery completely died on my automobile! I was stuck and tried everything I could do to get power to get it to crank! Heather, with not even knowing me, gave me her keys to her truck and allowed me to use it to jump myself off in order to get it cranked! the amazing thing is she never stopped doing her job in the resturant! She handed me her keys and trusted me enough to use her truck and jumper cables and tools titened down my cable and jump myself off and never missed a minute of her job in Belton KFC! If everyone was as good of as person as Heather this world would be a better place, plus she has the dedication to KFC to work it out for me not to miss a minute of her job for your company!
