Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Belton

This is by far the worst fast food chain experience in my life and believe me ,I have been to and even worked for quite a few in my life. First off the problems with this particular store have been the same over and over ever since the kfc/taco bell store opened in Belton.I can't count how many times I haave gotten home to find out I have been short ordered.Howeve the employees are usually nice and honestly that's the only good thing about this store.Well before the pandemic waiting in line to be waited on hasn't really been the issue so much as the getting the food part. My last experience I waited 15 minutes to be waited on then another 30 to be asked what my order was .15 minutes after that someone else asked me what I was waiting on and ever asked for my reciept then took it with him another 20 minutes passed by and another employee aske what I am waiting on anfd I told him the other guy took my reciept about 20 minutes ago Then he says I will have to wait another 15 minutes before I get my f`ood. At this point I am ticked and tell him I want my money back and he says he can't return money because they never trained him how. My biggest question is how can any competent owner or store manager even consider opening a store this size with only 3 employees working and that is 3 ill trained employyes at that.Oh and I was only 1 of about 5 people waanting their money back. 09-20-24 @ 08:00pm DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! myself and family attempted to place an order at the drive through and was made fun of for placing the order. We were the only vehicle in the drive through. It wasn’t silly behavior between employees either, it was directed at me. I have never experienced such immature behavior at an establishment, ever. How hard is it to take an order and not mock and giggle at the number of items ordered? There was no confusion, and it was very clear that the girl operating the mic had a major issue with doing her job. This is why there are so many negative reviews. Such childish and ridiculous behavior towards people you don’t even know. I absolutely had no problem going to a separate establishment, if this is what we as customers have to deal with, then I sure don’t want y’all preparing my food.

We came 8/25. We ordered on one part 3 soft tacos with nothing but meat. One person came on the drive thru box we told them, then Another came and we said 3 soft tacos with no meat. The girl said ok three soft tacos with no lettuce. It was then we told her no lettuce or cheese or tomato just meat. She said ok I got you. After waiting 25 mins someone brought the tacos. It had cheese. My bf goes in and tells them it just needs meat nothing else. So they remade it: it came back again with meat and cheese: the girl that took our order was cussing about who only eats a tacos with just meat. My bf then said can I have three soft tacos with just tortilla and meat. It was then made correctly. 3 messed up orders for something as simple as tortilla and meat all because someone in the back didn’t see why someone only wants meat on their taco.
