Belton McDonald's is an embarrassment to the city of Belton & the fast food industry. Getting new ownership has not helped. On my last visit, the soda & sundae ( miracle alert, the ice cream machine was working) were flung out of the window by the guy at the drive thru. The top was not on the soda and it went all over my car ( ants visited me yesterday) and he got mad at me when I very politely asked could he wipe the cup off & place the sundae in a bag. I've worked in hospitality/service over 20 yrs so I always go out of my way to be nice. For whatever reason, this dude was offended by my request & was extremely rude to me. I can say they are 2 young ladies ( seem to be teenagers) there are extraordinarily courteous. However, a LARGE amount of the employees hate customers. Flinging food out of the drive thru window & refusing to acknowledge customers ( even if they are just greeting you) is NOT the way to grow your business. Read moreFree Fri Friday, best day of the week. Ordered mobile. Not much wait and got to the window reasonably okay time then everything went to hell.
Waited a little bit. No biggie, I don't mind... eating at my work computer later. Three missing drinks. 'Fixed' by giving me a single bigger coke. Fries that I finished cooking and seasoning at home. I had to add cheese to both my sandwiches. I got mayo on both when I ordered none. Yay, stomach flips later.
No, I'm not going to stay and sort it out. I have a 30-minute lunch break. I'm not staying longer to 'fix' it. Nor am I doing multiple trips thru the drive thru. Nor do I want to finish my lunch break dealing with sort the frustrating mess out.
Normally I'm more understanding, but this is lunch/day shift. This should be the best crew. I have given up hope on getting a full complete correct order for 2+ people.
I would say "I just want $10 in food." but, somehow some way, that would go wrong.... But hey, at least they are nice, and I have ... something... to eat before...

After 20 went to counter to inquire about my order manager says I have been calling and calling number 637 I’m thinking so what my table number is 22 and suppose to bring it to me. Food was in to-go bag and no drink. Got back to table and food was cold butter melted and soaked through bag. No apologies or any attempt to make things right. Poorest customer service ever. Calling 637 also means nothing when machine was out of paper and gave me nothing. They can bring it to your car but not your table so what’s the point and you ordered at the kiosk so I did all the work. They need some big time help in the customer service department and learn to focus on the customers and not all the personal gossip behind the counter the whole store floor hears everything.
