First, I do not like having to yell at the speaker in drive thru to be heard. I especially don't like having to yell each item upwards of 4 times each to get the order taken.
Second, when I got to the window, I was handed a single bag, the person packing said "they are waiting on one more fry, it's cooking" which was fine.
I was not told to pull up to wait, which was also fine.
What wasn't fine, was hearing the employee yell to the other people working "is this their other bag?" And after not getting an answer saying "I'm just gonna assume it is" and handing it to me without even looking at it.
So, naturally, I needed to check my food. While my passenger checked, the employee who gave me the bag without knowing what it was asked "do you have everything?"
I said "she's checking now", and a second employee came to the window, said "you need to pull up, we're on a timer" and before I could even respond, a third employee got in the window, and very rudely said "YOU NEED TO PULL UP" while pointing forward.
I work in food service, and have been in management for years. I've also used fast food for a very long time. I know SOS is important in food, but I also know that knowing you're handing the right food out is more important, as well as being at the very least, polite.
In addition to all of that, for my 4 drinks, 2 of them weren't put in the cup holder well, so when I did attempt to pull forward, they spilled all over my passenger, and the frosty I got was so overstuffed the lid couldn't fit on it and it leaked absolutely everywhere.
This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had here, and that's including a time I came through the drive thru while construction was happening because the parking lot wasn't blocked from entry and there was no sign saying you...

My daughter ordered a baconator and baconator fries my husband bought one of the crispy chicken sandwich meals and I ordered 2 sour cream chive potatoes and a Cobb salad. My daughter didn't get the baconator fries but got chili cheese ones. My husband's fries were left out and I only got 1 potato. Not to mention we asked for extra sour cream and ranch dressing for the salad. I had a coupon for a free frosty that my daughter wanted to try the pumpkin and they took it. We brought our disabled elderly neighbor with us who bought a cheese burger and wanted to use a coupon for free baconator fries. They wouldn't let her because she rode with us. It was 2 seperate orders and my point is we didn't show our butts when they messed our order up and made us wait over 20 minutes before it was made right and this was a very plainful disabled and elderly lady with an order of her own but was embarrassed when the man in the back yelled y'all aren't going to pull that over on me. You came in 1 vehicle and used a coupon. Why is it ok to mess up orders with the excuse oh we are busy which really isn't our fault but not allow an elder to.use a coupon just because she can't drive and rode with us. We spent over 40 dollars on our order and were treated like that over a 4.00 value coupon not to mention with an elderly lady. This is not good business and honestly I feel like we should be compensated somehow for the inconvenience of a messed up order the wait to get it fixed and the over all ridiculous and rude behavior from the workers.    Read moreWe went to the store today May 14th 2019 at 7:39 p.m. Belton South Carolina the food was old cold and drowning in mayonnaise we asked them to re-fix the order the lady that took our order Ashley shrugged her shoulders rolled her eyes said I'm sorry with attitude went towards the back refuse to fix the situation so we left the food on the table and walked out called corporate office twice for nothing to be done then my husband discovers a dead fly in our soft drink so I contact them again because I'm pregnant and have a three-year-old son and we were drinking a soda contaminated with a dead insect still nothing was done DHEC needs to investigate this restaurant and get them on top of things or shut them down because I have no concern for customers or the health of anyone that orders their nasty food and if I get sick or my son or any of us for that matter there will be a lawsuit I advise do not eat here unhealthy unsanitary and you waste your money and pretty much handed to them for free because you do not get good food or good service and the guy Randy Beatty whoever reported on here about a dead fly and the cup is...
