CAUTION: Health and Safety concerns with the Bellefonte DD. It’s cold and flu season and working in the medical field myself, I cannot stress to everyone how important proper hand hygiene is! This does not seem to be a concern for the young man who made my coffee this morning however. After stepping away from the drive thru window to assist on the line, the employee preparing my coffee wiped his nose/face with bare hands and immediately began preparing my drink. Upon arriving to the location and seeing the drive thru line wrapped around the building, I chose to head inside to order my coffee in the hopes it would be quicker. It was not..I will admit, this location is often quite busy, staffed adequately, and great when it comes to customer service. I am fearful however, of the amount of times I have been served, unknowingly, food and beverage from employees who have not taken the proper precautions to prevent the spread of cold/flu germs. The lesson here: Pay close attention to those that prepare your food and beverage! Take note of their hand hygiene practices, if they are wearing gloves or not, and if you see something unsafe, speak up! Do not feel embarrassed or like a nuisance when asking for your food or beverage to be made again in a safe and hygienic manner if you witness poor hand hygiene or unsafe food handling!

Read morethis dunkin consistently messes up every order i put in. i normally order through doordash and it's incredibly rare for them to actually make the order right. if the donuts aren't wrong, then the sandwich is, if the sandwich isn't wrong, somehow the drink is. one time, i ordered a bacon egg and cheese through doordash, when i got it, it had the bacon egg and cheese label, with sausage on the sandwich. i ordered again, same thing, right label, wrong sandwich. called the store and they said it was an "honest mistake." at that point, no it's not, you made the sandwich wrong twice. constantly giving me the wrong donuts, i get glazed instead of powered or frosted instead of glazed. forgetting bottled drinks half the time i order them. it's honestly insane how often things get messed up. working in fast food myself, i do know that some things are simple, honest mistakes, but when you're making those same mistakes over and over again, it's just ignorance. you're just not paying attention to what you're handing out. the biggest thing working in this industry is making sure the customer is satisfied, this dunkin has not cared once about customer...
Read moreThis location is so neat. They do this cool thing I’ve never seen anywhere else where you can order the same thing every time you go, and every time you go, you’ll get something different! It really keeps you on your toes. It’s like an allegory for life. Sometimes you don’t get what you want.
They appear to have taken this philosophy too far. The last time I visited this restaurant I got a completely different drink than I ordered. Usually, I would get what I ordered, but the proportions would be wrong (too sugary, wrong consistency, etc.) This time, all caution to the wind: you ordered a frozen mocha? We think you actually want an iced hazelnut.
There are definite pros and cons to this approach. I, however, prefer to get the type of drink I ordered. I already could accept that they would never make it the same way twice, consistency isn’t something offered at this Dunkin, but to completely disregard the style and type of drink is just a little bit too...
